2 Identical 1 TB External Hard Drives purchased from BUG Stores in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, products faulty as power gave in, one after 5 months and one after 2 days. BUG Head Office do not even bother to respond to the Complaint and the Manager of the Tel Aviv Branch could not be bothered
