I purchased a knife for $19.99.. i agreed to the purchase and after three other offers in which I declined they ask you for your credit card, only after you give the information you get the rude awakening that there is a $16.98 shipping & handling charge, with no option to change your mind, or agreed to the excessive amount. scammed or screwed, I am reporting you

decide. ripped off..this company does not tell you or advertise the total

cost, which is in my mind is not legal..buyer beware all they want you to

do is agree to the purchase as they make all there money on these ridiculous

undisclosed charges.

I purchased the Yoshi Ceramic Knife online. The website is set up to confuse the consumer. They do not tell you up front exactly what you are purchasing, what the shipping rates are, and after going through a series of buttons to push, you have purchased the items with no recourse. I called customer service right away and was told they could not cancel my order for 24 hours (because of computer processing). Of course by that time the item would have already shipped. Instead of selling a good product they resort to trickery to grab your money. My recommendation is to kill them all at Yoshi and let the god of your choice sort them out.
