Individuals of the local business community are warned to do due diligence when dealing with XL Results Foundation pte ltd www.resultsfoundation.com (registered in Singapore Company registration: 200107729C, based out of Bali) operating a multimillion dollar global Get Rich Quick Investment Scam and Charity Scam.

Warnings against the cult have been issued globally by consumer associations (http://www.ripoffreport.com, http://www.rip-off.co.uk, www.hotscams.com, ) consumer activists, whistle blowers and news media revelations in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.

Bloggers from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Shanghai, Singapore and the United Kingdom have issued warnings against the scam.

During the Hong Kong event Fraudster, Roger Hamilton will prey on consumers and attempt to extract USD $15, 000 from the gullible for an XL life membership. XL is a bogus business networking scheme that bilks would-be entrepreneurs for membership money while providing them with non-existent training and networking opportunities.

Operating a sophisticated smoke and mirrors website created with the intent to cheat the public, XL Results Foundation promotes itself as the largest entrepreneur network in the world and charges consumers a premium to join the program. XL has not been able to substantiate the claim. The scam preys on weak minded easily manipulated and vulnerable individuals.

After parting with thousands of dollars, duped consumers are left empty handed and shame faced and have no legal recourse. Operating under the guise of a foundation, consumers believe they are joining a social enterprise and charity which suggests it has donated $72 million in funds. Roger Hamilton and XL Results Foundation have been unable to support this claim and have blocked legal requests for full disclosure of the company accounts amidst pyramid scheme and charity fraud allegations.

XL Results Foundation pte ltd has been under international media scrutiny after 150 Singaporean members of the scheme demanded a refund claiming they were duped and cheated by the Chairman of the company, Confidence Trickster Roger Hamilton.

The community campaigner who co-ordinated the mass refunds is Ms Ann Phua, Chairman of a Women’s Business Group email [email protected].

Disgruntled members have been advised to lodge complaints with the Consumer Protection Agency.

Allegations against the company include XL Results Foundation’s revenue source is from the constant recruitment of members into the scam a classic pyramid scheme structure. Roger Hamilton has suggested he is the victim of a slur campaign and that international media did not do due diligence, all classic conman tactics.

Hamilton and his cohorts are using membership funds to stave of legal action and protect the scam from exposure. XL Results Foundation is a smoke and mirrors scam which has created a web of lies to deflect questions into the company’s suspect business practices.
