their quality are too bad !!!they cheat my money

I bought so manybags from www.cloci.com before .At that time is Crystal help me arrange the products .But in this month, they give me shit products and the service is very poor .They didn't give me the tracking NO and my products were lost in the way .i just kew that crystal have left that company, and cloci.com still use her name to chat with the clients .After crystal left, their service is too bad ., And i'm very dissappointed about the quality of cloci.com .When crystal were there she also help me check the quality before they send out .But after she left, they give me the shit productrs and use crystal's name to chat with me .So bad company, is there any one know where is crystal now ?I want to buy from she .
