Unauthorized charges
I ordered what I thought was supposedly a sample of WuYiTea and I was to pay for the shipping only and that's how they got my debit card to pay for that~~~~~yes, I was naive in giving them my debit card number. The tea came w/ three full boxes which I never opened thankfully. Then $180.00 was taken from my debit card unauthorized!! Of course I learned be way more careful about the internet!
It took forever to find the right place (in Illinois) and they said to return and they'll give refund. I told them I'll see it to believe it. I returned the product via certified mail & they received it. Have filed a claim with bank & am closing the debit card & getting new one...or maybe NOT for awhile. I filed a claim w/ bank & am going to close the card & get a new one. These people are monsters and very greedy. Don't do business with them!!!

unable to stop them taking money from my credit card
I purchased wuyi tea some months ago with my Mastercard over the internet. This item has not been received. I have contacted the mastercard company regarding this, they said they could not reimburse my money. Now I find wuyi tea is withdrawing money from my Mastercard each month and I don't know how to stop it.
I have no email address for them, so I am unable to contact them directly. I have contacted the British based company, but they say it is an American company. Please can you help me and advise me what to do. My Mastercard company advised me to contact you

I purchased some WuYiTea, didn't like product so I call to cancell still to this day I have be getting charghed for something that I cancelled. I need help so that they can credit back what they have been charging to my visa. Also they need to stop charging my card.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered a free supply of tea. Then I received a shipment and called to cancel. They have charged my credit card $135.05 over 2 months and I have canceled my order and shipped the tea back. Ridiculous.

cancellation of product
I have been trying to cancell the tea product. I can't send an email. I had my son send an email. I'm not sure if it was received.I have been charged $29.95, then 2 weeks later charged I was charged $34.95-no product was sent. I cancelled this product a week after receiving my trial box. I would like this product and all the other products that were piggyback alonged with it. Thank-you

keep taking my money and i canceled
i asked them not to send me any more of that tea and they keep taking my money off my card. and putting me in the hole with other people . i want to foul a complaint. you can never get intouch with no one and they say they are going to take your name off and they never did. i need someone to get intouch with me asap. thank youl.

Keep charging for tea not received
Same as others. Put 29.95 on my account and 19.95 on Living lean in Vegas. Big Scam!!!
