Credit card charges
I also ordered Wuyi tea and am getting charged 4.95 for a service in which I am not using. I called the number and it also told me to go to a website to do a online chat complaint. How do I go about stopping them from charging my card? I hate scams like this.

direct debiting without consent
I ordered a trial of Wuyi tea and was charged for the trial, within a month there was a direct debit on my account for $59.95 US [$93.69 Australian] and I did not order and have not received any other product.

Charges on credit card
I have ordered Wu-Yi Tea on the internet. I have requested that they cancel my next order and emailed the company, however they have charged me on my credit card. I do not know how to cancel my order or stop any further deductions.

continue to charge my account after i returned tea and cancelled membership
They continue to charge my bank account every month though I returned the tea unopened the same day it arrived. Impossible to get anyone on the phone there as well.

Carge on Credit Card that I did not make
I have charges for $4.95 on my credit card for August, September,
October and November.
I want these charges removed immediately!!! And there are to be no further charges assessed against this card.

charges and where's my product
I just went to the website for insider secrets they our crediting my account and canceled my unauthorized membership.
I never received my product did anyone else? This is a scam.

charges on credit card for $4.95 & $9.95 charged after subscription was cancelled, also charged $59.95 for product and was never received, cannot get ahold of anyone by phone or the e-mail address. want my money back...
