I joined the gym several years ago and have been satisfied with therm ership. One of the reasons I joined then was because it had a steamroom since it helps with my allergies. I am very unhAppy with the ownership who hAs ignored/failed to correct the issue for 4 months & counting. Where's the customer satisfaction when you don't value customers enough to maintain what they pay for.
