Not serviced even after 48 hrs of call

On 28 Mar 2010 I had given request for the free service of my window AC which is installed at my residence.My req.no is 096100308015 and I was assured that someone is going to visit my residence within 48 hrs.Four days passed and I am still waiting for someone who can service my ac.

Please do the needful keeping in view the scorching sun of Delhi. Thanking You.
