I ordered a Jump-o-lene from Willygoat.com for Christmas. I received an email notification stating the item was shipping. A few days later I received a call from Willygoat stating the product in the warehouse had been damaged and will be on backorder till January. I cancelled the order.
In January I receive a Jump-o-lene from Willygoat. When I called to ask why I received the product they stated that I never cancelled it. Then they had the audacity to ask me for proof of cancellation and stated they were unwilling to take the return and refund my money (which by the way they had charged on my card in December!).
I immediately put the charge in dispute with my credit card company and am posting this compliant to any message board I can. NEVER SHOP FROM WILLYGOAT.COM. They are a rip off with poorly training customer service reps.
