I only want to try the product for $4.99. And I was charged for $88.97 without my consent. I want my money back. I will return all the products just return my money. I will not recommend this products & services to anybody - THIS IS A SCAM. Why a customer service personnel cannot cancel my transaction? Why do I have to go to [email protected] to cancel this product? |

charged for product before even using the trial offer
I asked for a trial offer of WhiteningBrites. It arrived after I left on a trip. Upon arriving home from my trip last night, the same product was waiting for me with a charge of $88.97 because I had not canceled within 15 days. I have not even tried the trial offer so therefore don't know if I even want any more of this product. I need to make that determination after having an opportunity to try it out.I have canceled but would appreciate my money refunded and naturally will send back the second mailed product. I would appreciate hearing from you before I call my credit card company.

product sent without proper consent
This product was sent to me with out my consent. My daughter had thought she was she was receiving a "free" sample only. The details were not clear to her as to the terms and conditions that I would be receiving whitening material every 30 days @ $88.97! I personally did not authorize this and will not pay anything for this product which I will be putting back into the mail to return today!

I did not authorize $98.99 draft from my checking account
I did not authorize Whitening Brites company to draft $98.97 from my checking account.
I ordered a free sample and paid $4.99 shipping. When I called the company about this draft, and ask them to refund my $98.97
I was told to send them a email. I called back and could not get anyone to talk to me about the money that was taken from my account.

Online Scam
This is a total scam. I ordered a "free trial" & agreed to pay the $4.99 shipping only. You then get billed $88.97 from them, another $78.37 & $9.99 from Axiswellness (supposedly a separate company)all from the free trial sign-up. You don't get billed the $88.97 for about 14 days & then they refuse your refund because you didn't cancel within 15 days. How are you supposed to know to cancel until you are billed the unauthorized charge. I will report this to every agency possible to shut them down!!!

did not order second product, was chargedan unconsciousnable amount of money.
I ordered a sample trial offer of a teeth-whitening product.
They sent me a second one that I did not order and charged
me over $80.00 for it. I would like a full refund. A call
placed to them did no good. I have been cheated!!
