				Scam, no time for refund

Whiteningbrites gives 15 days trial. The time starts at point of order. Item is shipped to arrive 7 days after ordering. With time to try item and then send an email to them to request an RMA number for the return and time to mail items back after receiving RMA, There is not enough time to ever send back anything. I never did get an RMA after 2 e mails and 5 days. All calls were turned away to the email address for complaint.

				Rip off

I now know that there's no such thing as a "free trial"! Because I was a few days late in cancelling Whitening Brites, I was billed $78.37. After cancelling the product, I kept receiving it, and when I received my credit card bill I found that in a 21 day expanse I was billed a total of $265.79! I was billed with charges under the names of "Whitening Brites", "Resvpure", and "Live Thin". I immediately called my credit card company, and they will dispute the charges and have issued me a new card. It's sad that consumers have to go to such lengths to rectify messes like this, but I was ready to go to my local TV station and have them put it in their consumer report section. So, buyer beware!!

				WHITENING BRITES-HOW I GOT REFUND

I also fell for this scam but wasn't about to give up.

As many know, there is no billing office to speak to on the phone so everything has to go to them via email.

I patiently sent numerous emails explaining I did not authorize additional shipments nor did I accept future shipments.

I sent numerous emails to the "support" email address and escalated the tone of my emails including the subject line "First Notice", Second Notice", and "Final Notice".

They did respond to each email after a couple days.
Their first response claimed I authorized the $88.97 charge by clicking their terms/conditions checkbox.
Their second response offered me a partial refund.

I responded to each email they sent me demanding a full refund and that their partial refund offer was unacceptable.

In each email exchange I sent them I gave them a deadline that if I was not credited in full by such and such a date I was taking the following actions...

1. Filing a complaint with the State Attorney General.
2. Reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
3. Calling the local television news investigative reporter to do an expose on Whitening Brites.
4. Disputing the charge through my credit card provider.

I'm happy to say that after about 4 weeks, I received a total refund.
I still will report these scumbags.

Keep at them and don't give up.

I want my money put back on my debit card immediatly, or I will have my lawyer start handling this from now on. I also had a charge of $9.99 for Axis Wellness Portal that I did not approve, For a total of $98.96 that I want back also.

				Unauthorized Charge

Upon the initial purchase of your trial product it states to contact your company to decline future purchases within 14 days. I contacted a service representative prior to the 14 day deadline. The representative assured me that my account would not be charged 88.97 and a confirmation e-mail would be sent to me. A week later still no e-mail, on 6 -23-09 charge of 88.97 had been processed to my account. A bank representative contacted your company and assured me that my account would be credited 88.97. Your representative stated I would also recieve an e-mail. No e-mail was recieved as of 07-01-09.After contacting your company on 07-01-09 for the third time I confirmed my e-mail address which was incorrect.I am requesting 88.97 to be refunded to my account a.s.a.p. P.S. Your product was never recieved. [email protected]

				Unauthorized Charges - Scam!

I also ordered FREE product - pay only shipping $4.99. Now see charge for $88.97 for
next month's supply and $9.99 for Axis Wellness (publication???) charge, which
I DID NOT AUTHORIZE OR WANT. I was told to email them to ask for RMA and
refund. I don't think the '14-days free trial' was there before, I just remember
it saying you can get it for free, just pay shipping!

WATCH OUT FOR ANOTHER COMPANY WHO DOES THE SAME THING:
DENTA WHITE (dentawhite.com) !!! There was a blog that says to try these 2
products together (Whitening Brites & Denta White) and it works better than
anything else out there, but they turn out to be the exact same products! That
blog website: tanyasteeth.com is now "blank". It's obvious there's a scam going on
here. When I called Denta White, they are aware of 'the other company'. All it
kept mentioning are the 'free', pay shipping only. I don't remember reading anything
that says you'll be enrolled in monthly payments, not even when I got the free
products.
