				I agreed to ONE trial of Whitening Brites and then these packages kept coming--two since the first. I am disabled, on very low S.S.D. and certainly could not pay the amount you have since charged to my credit card even if I wanted your product. But again, I thought I was only paying under $5 for one sample of it.  
 I fell and that flared up my disability and I have spent all of Spring and so far this summer in bed. In fact, the mailman came to the door with the mail to check to see if I was alive since so much had buillt up. I knew my bills were paid for last month, so I never checked these packages. I called your company and was told to ask for (2) RMA #'s. Your product has never been used--none of them. I was also told you would reply within 24 hrs. Please refund my Credit Card any charges you have put on it other than the first $4.99, and give me the codes to return the other products to you. It's this or food, gas and medical, so I need you to refund desperately. PLEASE. 
 I hope I was given corredct intormation because I have to leave soon for my son't wedding across the country and will be gone a week. I'd lke this resolved prior to Tues.

				Just like everybody else I got scam; cancel one hour after realizing it was a scam; but two months later they are still charging for nothing. I never received anything from them; and they argue I never called before to cancel. I am going to complaint to the State Attorney General, everyone should do the same.

				Scam!!! Ripping off public! You order free sample only & they try to get you to join their affiliates & other memberships, but you specifically order just the sample & then they start to charge your cedit card with sample & within 2 weeks they have distributed your credit card to all of their affiliates! I know I never checked off anything but a free sample - no more no less! Beware they are scamming ev erybody! Yes, I did try contacting them & get put on hold for over an hour or go to web site & get instructions for cancelling for a Refund Marketing # & then get error messages or call get India - try to understand that!?? TRY EMAILING best results! But start contacting the affiliates to cancel & get refunds - some were cooperative, but others just laughed & said it was our own fault for ordering! Can you believe??? After emailing to WhiteningBrites, they sent me a letter threatening me to not dispute with credit card co. or never get satisfaction! What a SCAM!!! 
 
IS THERE A LAW FIRM OUT THERE WHO WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS ON AS A CLASS ACTION SUIT???? THIS IS THE IDEAL SCAM FOR ONE PLUS THE CREDIT CARD FRAUD!! I WILL JOIN IMMEDIATELY!

				From viewing your complaint board, I see I'm not the only dissatified customer. I only authorized to receive the trial offer of your product and now my account is charged $88.97, that is not acceptable. Please email me the address and whatever instructions I need to receive a FULL REFUND. This is a scam to charge someone without permission, I will consult with my lawyer to explore legal action against your company.

				They advertise a" risk free trial" of their teeth whitening system with "satisfaction guaranteed" and all you pay is shipping. Once they have your bank or credit card information they automatically charge you 88.97 for a one month supply and without authorization they sign you up to have use to a web site called Axis Wellness Portal for which they charge you 9.99 a month. They will continue to charge you even after you cancel and when you ask for a refund they state that the only way you may possibly get a refund is to send them an e-mail with your complaint and they will "consider" a refund but it is not guaranteed. You can't even speak with a real person.

				My name is Susan Webb I received the trial version of the Whitening Brites, since I was out of town at the time I did not cancel the program in the 15 days. I just opened the product and have not even used the product if I would have known I would have to use and respond within that time frame I would not have ordered your product. I cancelled the program with your support team, but was informed I needed to email you to get a full refund. Please refund the 88.97 and I will return your product as soon as I receive it in the mail. I along with many others I see find it hard to believe you would not inform people about this process when we ordered the trial version. Again I would have not gotten your trial version knowing I would be out of town and not able to use the product. Thank you I expect a full refund on my mastercard.
