Good Service
One of the best flower shops that I have ever dealt with. Have been doing business with this flower shop for many years and have always had a great experience.

delivery, service, and flowers
I ordered a nice flower arrangement from Wesley Berry Flowers and the vase was suppose to be a birthday candle vase with a nice arrangement of flowers. My daughter recieved a plain vase with some flowers and she said it was nothing like what I had drescribed to her. It was suppose to take up to 4 hrs to deliveried and in fact it took over 8 hrs for the delivery. I wished that I would have googled this site first before ordering from them. I will never do that again. First time that I have been taken. Never Again

Valentines Day Disaster
My husband is currently deployed to Iraq and to make Valentines Day a little sweeter he decided to order me some flowers. He ordered flowers from Wesley Berry Flowers, they were supposed to be delivered on Feb 13, and they never arrived. I called the company on Sunday to ask where my flowers were and they gave me the excuse that they were out of the product he ordered and they didn't have a call back number. They appologized and said I would get a $10 upgrade and the flowers would be at my house that Monday. Monday came and went and still no flowers, I told myself they must have meant Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. No flowers on Tuesday. I called again on Wednesday I was given another cock and bull story and still no flowers. I was trying hard to get my flowers because my husband wanted me to have them, a week and a half has gone by and I have not recieved anything. So today I called at 8:30 this morning and talked to a rep who descibed the ordeal as ridiculous and she would have my problem personally fixed and call me back when the flowers were on their way. Needless to say I had to call again at 2:30 this afternoon to see what the hold up was, turns out they messed up and were sending them to Maryland, I live in Kansas. So I was asked for my phone number again and gave the same story as this morning, well this time I did get called back and they are supposed to get here at 5pm. Oh I forgot I get a $35 store credit whooppee like I want to order anything from them again. Now I have to wait and see if I get half dead flowers like on of my husband's, buddy's wife did. Never again will this company ever get a cent from us again.

Awful and Shameful Service-NO Delivery
Save yourself the stress, money, and time. My experience was awful and I'm still battling with this. I ordered flowers for my friend who was having surgery through their website. I specifically requested an after 2:30 pm (post surgery) delivery for Tuesday 12/9/08 to be sent directly to the hospital. I received my payment confirmation and was feeling pretty excited to suprise my sick friend. Tuesday came and went and no delivery. I received a missed call on my cell phone but no message. I called the # that called me back and was met with poor customer service. I then asked was met with a hang-up on their end and was left feeling scammed. I called back and spoke to another person who was to call me back in a few minutes. No response. I call back and then spoke to someone else who had no information to give me. My friend left the hospital the following day and no flowers were there for her. After a lot of calls to Wesley Berry Flowers and no satisfaction. I asked to speak to a manager and of course that rude person was the manager. I asked to speak to her manager and was met by a man who picked up the phone with a bad attitude(I bet that the 1st manager warned him of my situation before he answered the phone) and told me he'd call me back and hung up abruptly. *He never got my name or phone # from me. He did not call back needless to say. So then...I called and was told that the delivery fee would be refunded to me. I check my bank account and was charged for the original purchase and also a second time for the charge minus the delivery fee. STILL NO DELIVERY! I called back and was met by another employee who basically told me that I needed to be patient and that he'd contact the courier for me. He gets back on the line and tells me that he has no information and there isn't anything he can do for me because he was not able to make contact with them. I was highly steamed.Why did they not handle this properly on Tuesday and at least let me know the situation at hand? I received no notice that the flowers weren't there for her. I had to ask her and ruin the suprise. I decided to cancel my order and was told that if someone signs for them I will be charged for the delivery so I contacted my friend, whom was now home from the hospital, to tell her that I canceled my order and I apologize for not being able to console her with get well soon flowers. They show up at her door at 7:10 pm Wednesday night with an arrangement. It was unacceptable. I told her to refuse the delivery because I had told Wesley Berry Flowers to cancel my order because she did not get them the day that it was supposed to be delivered . She did and the delivery woman gave this woman just out of surgery an attitude and proceeded to tell her that she drove around for 45 minutes looking for her house and now she was going to refuse the delivery. What type of service is this? Really? Over $120 spent, 2 days later, and NO Flowers were received by my sick friend. Absolutely poor poor customer service. The story is still going because the charges are placed on my bank account. I am in the process of disputing all of this and will be filing complaints any and everywhere I can. The guarantee was not guaranteed to me. I will never ever use this company again and recommend that you don't either!!!

Quality of Flowers Ordered
I ordered 2 floral arrangements for my 17 year-old nephew's funeral @ Our Little Country Church in New Caney, TX to be delivered on 05/15/08. The 1st order was fine. The 2nd order was for the "Premium" basket. I specifically asked if this was going to be bigger and better than the photo and the answer was "Yes, the basket is much bigger and there are at least double the flowers and roses." Upon receipt of the flowers, I was very disappointed. The basket was identical to the one in the photo, which was pretty, but I paid extra for the "Premium." To add insult to injury, I contacted the company via e-mail on 05/20/08 and still have had no response.

Bad Product, No customer service
My daughter ordered Mother's Day flowers for me and was charged almost $100 for what she picked out. When I called to thank her for the arrangement and described it to her she was extremely upset. I received a few daisies and 3 roses. The comparable arrangement to what I received was approximately $25 on the website. After 4 emails and two phone calls there has been absolutely no response from the company and they have yet to refund any money. I am appalled at their lack of concern and customer service. I cannot believe in this day and age where information is so quickly spread about companies that they are willing to risk their reputation this way. This company is a ripoff and I think that they are guilty of false advertising. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered flowers – they were not delivered
Ordered flowers on line from Wesley Berry Flowers on Monday July 21, 2008. Apparently they are a broker located in California. By July 23 2008 they still didn't deliver the flower basket.

I told the supervisor, to cancel my order. They would not do that.

She said it would take 48 hrs to cancel an order and then it's not a for sure.

I called 6 times, they won't cancel the order and will still charge my bank debit card.

They were rude and didn't care I got swindled.

They stole $52.98 from me and my friend never received the flower basket. They won't give me the name of the local florist they are doing business with.

No delivery
Horrible Experience. Ordered advertised arrangement for birthday. Never arrived. Called customer "no service" and was "told" they tried to contact me... they didn't. They offered to send out an upgraded arrangement with a note of apology. I was happy at this point. The new arrangement never arrived and now I am disputing the charge on my ACC. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Poor customer service and cheating
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, PLEASE READ THIS!!! I had to learn the had way what a crappy place this is. Read all the complaints on this website about the and the visit the BBB. They have and unsatisfactory rating with 158 complaints in the last 36 months. I was too trusting and did not research before ordering flowers for mother's day. I am still in the process of getting some kind of compensation. My story begins like this: I placed an order for mother's day a very specific bouquet and what was delivered did not match. It had been substituted for something similar but way cheaper. When I had ordered the flowers online the have a box to check if you are willing to have substitution or leave blank if you do not want substitution. I left the box blank. I would rather my mother not get flowers because I wanted that certain bouquet. I e-mailed them the day the flowers were delivered and four more times after. I called them twice. Finally on the 3rd time got ahold of a person. I wanted a refund for my flowers they said no, I had to go pick the flowers up at my mother's house. I told her I lived in Iowa and my mother lived in New York so that was impossible. She then said well why are you calling now, I told her I had contacted them 7 times and no one got back to me. She then said hold on I'll get a manger. The manager told me he could not give me a refund because of the substitution policy and all florist have that. I told him about the website and not checking the substitution box. He then said he would replace the order but the original flowers had to be given back. I told him this was over a week ago and I don't know if my mother had the bouquet anymore. He said then we won't reorder. I told him I had contacted them on the Saturday the order was delivered but no one e-mailed me back. He then said he would call me back when he contacted the flower shop. I am still waiting for his return call. Both the lady and the manager were rude rude rude!!!

"Delivery problems that arise because of our failure will be issued a store credit for $20.00 or refunded the delivery charge. If the product is accepted, no refund will be made on the product portion of the order. If the product is not accepted a store merchandise credit of twice the amount of the order can be issued or a refund check or credit card refund for the original amount of the order can be issued." This is soooooooo ridiculous. How are you suppose to know if an order is correct without accepting the product first. The have a %100 satisfaction guarantee policy which obviously means nothing! What you order online does not mean you will get it. Only if the florist they order from has it. This is the worst flower company ever.


IF ANYONE ELSE HAS HAD PROBLEMS LIKE THIS EMAIL ME I WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK WITH YOU.

Fraud and cheating!
First off DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day. When the bouquet came it was completely different from what I ordered. I paid 68 dollars and what came looked horrible. I have e-mailed this company 5 times with no response and have called 2 times and they say they will call me back. They do no have the best prices and were more expensive than other websites I visited. The only reason I ordered from them was because I wanted a very specific flower that they had. When the order arrived it didn't even have that flower. I'm going to call them again and stay on the phone until I talk to a manager or owner. Then I'm going to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this company!!!
