Terrible!!!!!
Ordered from a picture on the website, was told delivery would be 3-4 hours later. No delivery. Called, they said it would be the next day, flowers upgraded. At noon got a voicemail that they didn't have the flowers for that arrangement, they would send other flowers. I called back immediately. They said someone would call me. I waited 1 hour, no call. I called back and cancelled the order, said I wanted a refund. Called someone else, a beautiful arrangement was delivered less than 2 hours later! Unforutunatly the Wesley berry arrangement was delivered too!!! I called, they said the flowers would be picked up, my money refunded. Hasn't happened!! The flowers were not delivered when they were supposed to be, no phone call that has been promised has happened, no refund has been given. The cancelleation to the order was never even made!!! They just say, I can't do anything but send a message, someone will call you back!!!
Liars!!! Don't do business with them!!!

FUCK WESLELY BERRY FLOWERS
ITS ONE THING TO DELIVER THE WRONG FLOWERS BUT TO NOT DELIVER FLOWERS AT ALL IS ABOUT AS BAD AS IT GETS! MY YOUNGER BROTHER DIED LAST WEEK AND I ORDERED AND PAID FOR A LARGE STANDING FLOWER SPREAD ARANGEMENT TO HIS FUNERAL SERVICE TO PAY MY RESPECT SINCE I COULDN'T MAKE IT!!! WELL THEY DIDN'T DELIVER IT, THEY COULD OF AT LEAST DELIVERED SOME FLOWERS PICKED FROM OFF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD BUT TO NOT DELIVER ANY THING HAS ME IN AN UP ROAR!!! WESLEY BERRY FLOWERS CAN BURN IN HELL ALONG WITH HIS EMPLOYEES AND CHILDREN!!! THEY FUCKED UP WITH ME BECAUSE IF IT WAS UP TO ME THEY WOULD NOT EVER SALE ANOTHER FLOWER AGAIN OR ATLEAST SCREW OVER ANOTHR CUSTOMER AGAIN!!! I WILL HAVE EVERYBODY IN MY FAMILY INCLUDING FRIENDS CALL AND TIE UP ALL THEIR PHONE LINES SO IF ANY ONE TRIES TO PLACE AN ORDER YOU WON'T GET THROUGH

Never use them
Never, Never, Never Ever use Wesley Berry. Ordered flowers for an Aunt's funeral and they were never delivered.!
Ordered 4 days ahead of funeral service and no delivery. Then they say, oh we put it in the "automatic Queue by mistake", whatever that meant.??
Called and complained, and they had the gaul to offer to deliver the flowers someplace else.? Where else would I want them delivered.? The funeral is over, my Aunt is buried, and I'm embarressed.! What a shoddy practice. Offering to deliver them (funderal flowers), someplace else.
They sure embarresed me, ! Never use Wesley Berry. I will never use them again.

Delivered wrong flower arrangement 3 times in the row
I ordered flowers (item #10-S4 FTD for all you do)for my girlfriend's birthday from Wesley Berry flowers on 5.16.10. They sent a wrong cheap looking bouquet that was a total embarrassment. When she received it she described it as "Grandmother's funeral bouquet", how do you like that?
I called customer service and insisted on replacement. They sent me another arrangement, which contained only 6 roses instead of 10 roses I ordered. I complained again, and they sent me a third arrangement that still contained 8 roses instead of 10. Three times they shortchanged me. The whole process of flower replacement took a week! They also promised a box of chocolates as a compensation for trouble, and they never sent it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you need flowers. They will take your money and never deliver what you ordered.

I ordered The FTD® Sweet Devotion Bouquet-Item# : 10-M5 for my mother for Mother's Day. I called the following week to advise that we were extremely dissatisfied with the flowers. My mother NEVER complains and she called the arrangement pathetic. The arrangement was to be all pink, 5 roses. I paid $63. She received 3 roses and some yellow flowers; a small arrangement that one would pay $8 for at the grocery store. I called to complain, was told that they would redeliver the flowers on May 14. Did not happen. I complained again and was promised a call back. Did not happen.
DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. IT IS A SCAM.

Cancelled order that was never delivered to my work
My husband ordered flowers from Wesley Berry on Monday 5/3/10 for our anniversay to surprise me at work. He ordered them around 9 or 10 that morning (as i stumbled on his purchase while checking our acct). it was getting closer to my work time being over (i leave at 3pm) and still no flowers. My husband called the flourist and stated the man on the phone acted like he didn't care and said they could just be delivered to our home...THE POINT OF HIM PAYING THAT MUCH $ WAS TO SURPRISE ME AT WORK. I told him to give me the phone # and I would call. I explained what was going on and that I leave work at 3, the girl also said that I could have them sent to the house...I said fine and she said they would be there by 5. I got home around 3:45 and no one was there yet, so I called at that time and cancelled the order. The girl said she would have it cancelled and our money would be refunded. Later that night, someone was knocking on my door at almost 7pm with flowers. My husband had pulled up about that time and told the man that we cancelled this order hours ago and then my hubby proceeded to ask my what kind of flowers were they again that I wanted (he couldn;t remember the name off the top of his head at that moment). I told him and he said that did not look like Carnations and that it was a sorry looking arrangement for $67 and some change for them. The man left with the flowers since we did call earlier and cancelled the delivery. I finally saw that the charge was no longer showing pending on our acct. like they never turned in the slip. Then, I go back in my account the other day and they charged it to our acct on 5/6. I called the flourist again on Monday 5/10 and talked to a Bridget in customer service who continously apologized and said that she see where we have called before and that we did cancel the order, she would print out this sheet and give it to her manager for our overdue refund and give about 3 days...well, still no refund on our acct so, i will be calling again today and I won't be as nice this time...DON'T EVER ODER FROM THIS PLACE...EVER!

Scam/Fraud
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for Mother's Day on May 6th for a May 7th delivery. I never received an e-mail confirmation so I called the 800 number just to make sure the order went thru. The 800 number you call is just an answering service company and isn't even the actual company you order your flowers from. My order was placed and I was given a confirmation number. The next day (7th) I logged into my account to check status on the order and it showed my order was placed but no delivery information, once again I called the 800# and I was told all they could do was take a message and e-mail the company, I never received a phone call. I checked my credit card and it was charged for the flowers. So now it is the 8th and the flowers still haven't been delivered, I called the 800# again and was told the same thing, they will e-mail the complaint and call me back. Well Mother's Day has passed, and still no flowers have been delivered. This morning I checked the Wesley website and all of a sudden I don't have an account and am unable to log in. I also checked my credit card and now there is no charge that I can see. Luckily I printed the order detail info sheet from the website before they removed my account. This company is a total scam and I am extremly pissed that my flowers were never delivered! I will be reporting this company to the BBB.

no delivery, will not refund money
I ordered flowers online that were not delivered by the promised date. i canceled the order. I was charged for the flowers and was never credited for non-delivery or canceling the order. I have called several times and am told they can't do anything, it's the local florist that charged my account. However, the account charged says "Wesley Berry". They refuse to give me the name of the mysterious local shop AND refuse to refund my money. I filed a police report who believe there is criminal intent because they will not tell me who the local flower shop is and they refuse to take any steps to resolve this. Am told every time I call, "All we can do is send an email to the local flower shop and hope they get back to you." Serious? WESLEY BERRY COMMITS FRAUD TO GET YOUR MONEY AND THEN TRIES TO WEAR YOU DOWN WHEN YOU MAKE EFFORT TO RECOVER YOUR LOSS. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

No delivery
I am a U.S. Soldier fighting for my country in Iraq and on Valentines day I went through Wesley Berry Flowers to deliver Roses to my devoted wife, I ordered them a week in advance and they were supposed to be delivered the Friday before Valentines day? They didnt deliver them so I told them its too late and to cancel completely and refund my $$.
Almost 1 month later I still havent been refunded and have been lied to a number of times saying that they would make sure $$ was refunded that day.
I dont have alot of time over here to be dealing with this, I have never in my 33 years of life dealt with such bad customer service.
I am here protecting there freedom and they cant figure out how to make deadlines or follow through with what they tell me.
I highly recommend not using WESLEY BERRY FLOWERS, they do not support there U.S. Troops and have the worst customer service EVER!!!
