EVERYTHING
This company is terrible. I wish I would have read the numerous complaints before VAlentine's Day was ruined with no way to recover the holdiay. I ordered from their on line menu and was quoted a delivery date I choose with no problem they stated AFter reviewing each detail they said they had a 100% cust satisfactory problem WHAT A LIE! My Mom's flowers did not arrive 2/11 as agreed to. They did NOT notify me BUT still another LIE saying they have emailed several times. I had to call them and ask where they were. They said first of all, those roses should not have been that price LIE Well they r still advertising them on their website!! Then they said they wont arive until 2/14 I demanded an immediate refund and they said they can refund but I have to pay delivery fee I said no such think YOU didnt deliver them!! Then they said YOU CANT cancel the order They r enroute!!!I said They r NOT enr You said they wont de delivered until 3 dys from today. I asked 3 times to cancel the order and they REFUSED!!! They said they r being delivered Friday by Fedex when thurs they promised delivery by a driver with flowers in a vase as viewed on site. I tried all weekend calling many differnet numbers etc to cancel order and ortain satisfaction. I continued to receive rude lying CSR's who state a super will cann u back They NEVER have. Then the coup de graw; My Mom recvd flowers and THEY ARE NOT what I ordered at all!!! I will never order ON LINE again. I f u read the customer complaints they r say the same as I..They wont give u any numbers to corporate or mgmt All you eer get is the CSR's continuing to LIE about everything. This complant is disgraceful. They should be put out of business. This could very well have been the last VDay my 86 yr old MOther has and I wanted her to have special multi colored Roses which she always adored and owned in her younger dys. I am sickened by this wekeend and all the hassle and heartache they gave me. I am disgusted with the . I wil be filing complaints everywhere I can DO NOT USE

Delivered on wrong date to wrong person
I ordered flowers on 2/7/11 for a funeral to be held in Ottumwa, Iowa on 2/9/11. The flowers were delivered to a 2nd cousin in Urbandale, Iowa on 2/12/11. How the flowers get to him, I don't know! Even the last names were different! So...our flowers did not make it to the funeral, nor to the children of the deceased. I feel terrible that they didn't have our flowers with a note of our sympathy and love at that sad time in their lives. I called Wesley Berry Flowers to complain and ask for a refund of my payment, and I got an 800 number operator telling me that she only takes orders - couldn't help me. I left a message for someone in charge to call me back. We'll see... I won't hold my breath. I filed a complain with my credit union, disputing the charge on my debit card. Hopefully I won't have to pay for the flowers that did not arrive at the funeral. So sad for the family, and really mad at Wesley Berry Flowers!

Poor service, poor quality
Ordered a "get well" bouquet on line for dlivery. Order was delivered a day late, product was not close to matching what I ordered on-line (vase totally diferent, type of arrangement totally different... it was like they didn't even try!). When I went to visit my friend 4 days later (4 days after the late delivery!), the roses were completely wilted. Roses were delevered from the delevery person's hands to my friend at the door. I was so embarassed when I visited her and she pointed them out. I certainly didn't recognized them as what I had ordered... and walked past them several times. I spent $77 and had every expectation that the flowers would be nice. The web-site was also mis-leading, in that it lead me to believe there was $20 off the arrangement I ordered, i.e., I thought I was getting $77 worth of flowers for $57. In fact, the price was already deducted. But if what I saw at my friend's house was $97 worth of flowers, these people should be ashamed. A $19.97 bunch of roses from the grocery store would have looked nicer!!! This company is terrible!!

Horrible incompetent service
I ordered flowers for relatives for Christmas. They did not make it on time. I called them and they apologised and said they would get there immediately. They never delivered the flowers. It turns out they internally cancelled the order and not only never informed me, they told me otherwise. When i spoke with them they said they could not figure out how to get the flowers to the location requested. My relatives are easy to find and easy to locate on map quest. They just quite. The complaint process was idiotic, long and complicated. The guy on the phone, who was polite, said that it is designed to make it difficult. Selling flowers for delivery elsewhere is like selling bottled Oxygen, we pay for service. Everyone has flowers to sell. Don't use this people. They are incompetent and they lie.

Delivered flowers 4 days late
On the 21st of December, I placed an order for a $66.00 flower arrangement for my sister's birthday, which was on December 24th. She sadly had passed in February of this year and this was our first birthday without her. Wesley Berry immediately charged my card and we gathered at my parents house on the 24th to celebrate and share memories of her. We awaited the arrangement of the flowers so we could go to the graveyard together and put the flowers and balloons on her grave. 5 p.m. rolled around and we realized we would receive no flowers, so we made alternate arrangements. I immediately called Wesley Berry about 5:15 and spoke with someone, apparently the answering service. She took my name and number and told me someone would call me; I also told her that we had made alternate arrangements so please just cancel our order but to still have them call me. I did not receive a call, however, a local company delivered our flowers at 3 p.m the following Monday the 27th. (3 days later!) My father accepted them without knowing as they just showed up at the door and handed them to him. I contacted them and they said that Wesley Berry Flowers had wired them on the 24th asking them to deliver flowers to us on the 27th. I told them we didn't want them now as it was too late and she told me we needed to call back Wesley Berry for a refund, as they are only able to do what they were told by Wesley Berry. So, I called them and I just got off the phone with Jessica, who told me that she thinks that they were running behind and that's why the flowers were 3 days late, yet no-one called me, she acknowledged that someone should have called me. I told her I spoke with someone on the 24th, she assumed it was the answering service and I had told them to cancel order, she then put me on hold for 10 minutes and then came back to say they have no record of my call on the 24th and because of this she couldn't refund me my money. She actually said "I cannot just take your word that you spoke to someone, when there is no record of the call". I then told her she needed to fire that answering service and that I would be disputing my charges and that I would be putting in a BBB complaint. I also asked to speak with someone who could help me as she couldn't and she said "mam, there is no-one here who will be able to refund your money, as the flowers have been delivered". LOL...I will be going to my bank and putting a BBB complaint against these people. Un-believeable! I don't suggest ANYONE placing an order with them at all.

deliver a different product than what I purchased
They substituted my order without letting me know with flowers that my wife is allergic to. Very rude customer service. Stay away from them, they do not deliver what you buy.

The customer is always LAST
I ordered a colorful bouquet to be delivered on my Mom's birthday. The bouquet that arrived was a fall arrangement that used a PUMPKIN as a container. This was obviously the wrong order. I spoke to FOUR Wesley Berry representatives yesterday and the first three told me that they would call the local florist, and let me know once they could arrange to change out the bouquet later in the day. I NEVER received a call back. I spoke to the fourth representative 1/2 hour before they closed and was given the same routine. I asked for a refund since Thanksgiving was the next day and the soonest they could exchange was Friday. They said no, that they could only exchange for a pickup and replace. My Mom lives hours from where the flowers were delivered and was only going to be there that day, so I requested that they replace the flowers at her home address. They would not do this. This company is completely inflexible and does not care. I was forced to deny the charges with my credit card company.

AVOID WESLEY BERRY FLORIST AT ALL COSTS

Bad service, bad company
THIS IS NEGATIVE STARS. I WILL NEVER USE WBF in my life again! WORST COMPANY EVER! I am 19 years old writing this and this company has put me through such stress I hope this company shuts down. long story short i ordered an arrangement for my great grandmothers funeral the picture on the website look beautiful and i ordered the deluxe version. it arrived. Looked NOTHING like pic. lacked flowers. widely spread. overpriced. I talked to many many employees from there and i wanted a refund. they WOULD NOT give me a refund. The manager refused to talk to me!!! what type of company does that! they never called me back all 4 or 5 times they said they would. i kept calling they said they overvalued my arrangement and couldnt give me a refund. They would do nothing about it. i took pictures of it and sent it to WBF and they said it looked fine. I didnt ask WBF to "overvalue" my arrengement. 1st i ordered the deluxe, if mine was a deluxe being overvalued, i would hate to see the standard size. I finally called maybe the 10th time and asked to speak with the customer relations manager and they said they would give me a credit and thats all they could do. I was livid throughout the whole situation. they ARE CRAP! NEVER use this company. i would call a local florist than ever use a website florist! in fact the one i ordered was a "best seller" yea right. The representatives were not helpful at all, everyone told me something different. They never refunded my money and never had any intention of it. in this company they are right not the customer. NEVER AGAIN will i give my money to this company. i would rather shave my head

MAJOR SCAM!!!
I made the mistake of ordering flowers from this horrible place for my mother-in-law's birthday. The order confirmation was delivered to my SPAM box, so I looked on the web and found a ton of complaints about the company. I promptly called them and cancelled the order because I was afraid that the flowers might not get there. I was told that the order was cancelled, and when I asked, I was told that I did not need a cancellation number or e-mail. The next day the flowers were delivered anyway, so I informed them that I had cancelled the order and would not pay for the flowers. They said, of course, that they had no record of the cancellation. They then sent someone from the local flower shop to retrieve the flowers from my mother-in-law's house! We called the local flower shop and put a stop to that, but Wesley Berry Flowers continued to insist that I had not cancelled the order and promptly charged my card for the order.

We must put a stop to people who run their business in this manner. There are enough good businesses in the world, and we should patronize them instead of continuing to support rip-offs like this.

I will now look up the reputation of any business I plan to order anything from.
