Liars, cheats, scam
I am absolutely disgusted with their service. I ordered flowers but then canceled the order literally 10 minutes after. I talked to a woman and she confirmed my cancellation so of course I thought it went through right? In 2 days, I receive a text from my boss saying thank you for the flowers... whaat???
First of all, I had ordered the flowers to be SAME DAY delivery on Monday but they arrived on Wednesday. What the heck?? Also, I already canceled the order!
Then they say please to call back in 24 hours. Then another 24 hours. Then 48 hours. Then they say they're SOOOOOO busy that they need the weekend to review ALL the calls. Of course, I'm the only one calling back. So I call on Monday and they have not "gotten to my call" yet, even though I provided the time & date. I just got off the phone with them (Tuesday) and they are giving me the same story. I seriously think they are shirking my calls and hoping that I'll just forget everything.
What a load of BS. I told the girl, Kerry (since apparently their names are so freaking important) to tell Wanda the "manager" to give me a call. GIVE. ME. MY. CALL. Also, I told her that I will be calling twice a day, EVERY DAY until someone "reviews my call" so that I can get my order refunded. OH IT IS ON. It's not even about my money anymore, it's about principle and horrible business conduct.
Funny thing too, I mentioned in an email that they had such bad reviews and their response was "well of course, only the BAD reviews get placed online." O REALLY? What about all of the 4-5 star reviews on Yelp? Do they not matter? What a dumb response. That's exactly how a vendor would respond to their horrible reviews. How about let's try to FIX the actual business and not make excuses and lie??
It's been 2 weeks and I've called every single day, talking to Mike O. Kerry, Melissa, Wanda and Katie. (OH YES, I took everyone's names after that.) They said that I never called (OH REALLY. I DID ALL THIS BECAUSE I'M LYING?) and that nothing can happen.
They offer you a $30 credit for your "next purcahse" and I just laugh. You guys are disgusting. I talked to the "highest" person in charge who can't budge. The next higher person up is Wesley himself.
OH WESLEY. WHERE ARE YOU? I'M TRYING TO FIND YOU.

Don't ever use them
I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mothers 65th birthday. The delivery received was not even worth $20. They were terrible. I contacted Wesley flowers and told them what I seen my mother received. I payed for premium flowers and received garbage flowers in return. I asked them to replace the flowers with what I ordered and they did not deliver anything at all. Asked to speak to manager no one was available. They guaranteed satisfaction 100% does it sound like I am a satisfied customer? I don't think so. Irresponsible, careless, liars and thieves. Don't ever use them

Flower Arrangement
We ordered "Dreaming of Roses" (This gorgeous bouquet, aptly named for its light and delicately arranged blooms, features the most luscious lavender roses imaginable. Artistically arranged in a pale lavender vase, the mix of flowers is breathtaking. The magnificent arrangement includes dark purple alstroemeria, lavender roses and lavender waxflower accented with assorted greenery - delivered in a stylish lavender vase.) & Received Spring Montage of Flowers -- Absolutely no resemblance to the desired arrangement. In fact, the delivered product contain 1/3 of the pictured roses. I did not click the "Allow for substitutes" -- I also selected a Birthday Card, but because of the Irish Proverb I used they took it upon themselves to make the balloon I ordered into a Mother's Day balloon (Ireland Mother's Day happens to be the same day as my mother's birthday). Instead of the lovely vase, she received the standard cheapy vase that we all have a dozen of already. WTH?????

Advertisement misleading
I ordered an arrangement for a funeral and on their website, it says $67.95. At the top of the website, it says you are going to get $20 off this order. It makes it appear I would get $20 off of $67.95. NO, the price shown had the $20 already taken off. If I had known that, I would not have ordered these flowers. It also makes it appear that this is a local florist. IT ISN'T!! They charge a $14.99 delivery charge. I could have used a local florist and paid a lot less. BEWARE of false advertising!!!

Did not deliver flowers; no refund
My mother 'n laws's birthday was this past mid January. She lives in CA, we live in NJ. We ordered what we thought would be a beautiful flower arrangement to make her birthday all the sweeter. Wesley Berry Flowers sent me an email confirmation that night that they had my order and would proceed with delivery on the date specified, her birth date. The day of her birthday, no flowers. The next day we confirmed with her again- no flowers. We called that same night and talked with someone at customer service who had no clue how to proceed and even stated as much. They took our complaint and phone number- however that phone call did not result in a return call from Wesley Berry. So, I sent an email out immediately to customer service. At first my response back was most apologetic, don't know what could have happened, saying they would upgrade the flowers (as specified on their website), send a note of apology to mother (as specified on their website) as well as give us a store credit. I thanked her, thinking all was well. A week later? No flowers. No apology letter to my mother 'n law for being late. Again the email exchange of "oh so sorry, don't know what happened." I demanded full refund to credit card, no longer interested in the flowers that were now going to be 2 weeks late. " Yes, we'll refund your full money immediately, blah, blah." Now we are at the end of February, disputing with our bank and with Wesley Berry. They say flowers were delivered, they won't give us full refund, only a portion. They say that I accepted a store credit of $30 (why would I do that when we paid $56.16 and have no flowers???). However, I have emails that have me insisting on a full refund, no longer interested in flowers (what is the use 1 month later?) and them agreeing to my terms. But what is happening? No flower delivery, but paid in full of $56.16. A store refund of $30, like we'd ever EVER order anything from this company again. I beg anyone to not deal with this company. They have frauded us and our bank. Horrible business practices.

Terrible
My husband ordered an amazing arrangement of flowers for Valentine's day. He got the same flowers we had at our wedding; Calla Lilies, Stephanotis and lilac roses. He put a lot of thought into what he wanted to do for me and thought this would be very special. I guess he felt like he'd better do good since he had to go out of the country for work and leave me alone on Valentine's day. So, thanks to Wesley Berry Flowers, I'm sitting at my desk at work crying. My flowers never came. Almost every woman here has beautiful flowers on their desk. My husband is wonderful and he went above and beyond but that has been ruined. Due to severe phone trouble he's been having since he got to the Dominican Republic a few days ago, I got the order # and called the number my husband used to order them (which he did 5 days prior!) and they said they couldn't look up the order but someone would call me back within an hour. I called back after waiting the hour and, after holding for over 25 minutes, was told the previous person was wrong for telling me that and gave me another number to call. I called that number and held for 42 minutes; they told me they couldn't look up the order and weren't sure why they gave me that number - they gave me a 3rd number. I called that number and was told they couldn't look up my order but would take a message and have someone call me...maybe today, maybe tomorrow. I'm not *** - I'm not getting a call. I have much more colorful words I'd like to use regarding this company but I won't. I do hope they go out of business. I'm going to tell everyone I know not to use them. I'm just one person though; one very sad person. And my poor husband is so upset; totally feeling like it's his fault. This is the absolute worst Valentine's day ever. Thank you Wesley Berry Flowers, I hope you burn.

Fraud
I am deployed overseas and I ordered an arrangement of orange roses for my wife complete with card, balloon, stuffed animal and chocolates. When they arrived she said they were all pink and half dead!!
What kind of service is this? I'm normally not one to *** but this really *** me off, its bad enough that i cant spend valentines day with my wife but when I spend $140 on an arrangement that was sposed to be a 'best seller', I expect to get just that, not some half dead flowers that werent even the right *** color!!!
I wonder what my state representatives would think about such an atrocity and display of fraud?

Non delivery and unresponsive service
This business is unreliable. Failed to deliver flowers ordered 1 week prior to valantines day . The business
outsources the 800 telephone business listing they use on the internet. The callers can not help with anything
just forward information to the mothership. It took a call to a major credit card company disputing the charge to get an instant apology email. Funny how the banks can get their attention. Shabby service/ Never will Wesley Berry Flowers get my business or a recommendation. The call service mentioned they had received over 200 calls that evening. Maybe a posting on Facebook ?

Horrible Valentines Day
This company is such a rip off. TERRIBLE! They completely messed up a Valentines Day order despite being given several days for processing the order. Also their guaranteed delivery is a complete joke. Do not TRUST your order with this company.
