I called in and had a 3 month supply sent to my home. When asked if I wanted auto delivery, I said NO - wanted to try product first. Last week another order arrived. I had to open it to try to find return address, so the Post Office required me to pay $8 to return the product. I feel I was ripped off, because I stated specifically that I wanted to try it first. I'M ON S.S. AND THIS WAS A COST I DIDN'T NEED AT THIS TIME. I feel that I was dupped into this auto shipping thing. They should have to return my $8 to me!!!

This product is "CRAP". I made myself use it for two months to be fair...My hair fell out, which of course they don't tell you, but if asked tell you that its DEAD hair...Mine has not grown back..Also leaves hair so flakey, ichy worse than a cheap hairspray. Save your money..they should be ashamed to tell it on national TV.
