I HAD USED THIS WEB HOSTING SERVICE FOR A FEW YEARS & IN JAN I WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCT WHICH DIDN'T EXPIRE TILL FEB 04, 2008.
I TRIED WRITING MR ABBOTT BUT IT KEPT BOUNCING BACK TO ME.
I CALLED HIM, LONG DISTANCE LEFT A MESSAGE NO RETURN CALL.
A FRIEND OF MINE THAT USES HIS SERVICE WAS ABLE TO E-MAIL HIM & SHE SAID I SHOULD MAIL MY $40.00 CHECK WHICH I DID IN JAN & HE CASHED 10 DAYS OR SO BEFORE MY ACCT EXPITRED.
MY FRIEND TOLD HIM OF MY PROBLEMS, HE FINALLY E-MAILED ME & SAID HE HAD THIS SOFTWARE THAT WAS SENSITIVE & BLOCKING A FEW CLIENTS E-MAILS, WHICH TO ME OWNING A WEB HOSTING SERVICE THAT IS RIDICULOUS.
I WAS UPSET & ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND AS I REMOVED ALL MY DOCUMENTS & ONLY USED HIS SERVICE FOR 1 WEEK, HE SAID HE WOULD BUT SINCE I WASN'T HAPPY WITH HIS EXPLANATION HE BECAME VERY NASTY & AS OF THIS DATE & 3 LETTERS TO HIM PLUS NUMEROUS E-MAILS & PHONE CALLS, NO REFUND & NO RESPONCE FROM MR ABBOTT.
IT SEEMS MR ABBOTT DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY I TALKED TO HIM, IN MY E-MAILS, WELL I'M 66 ON SOC SEC & ALWAYS THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER WAS RIGHT.
HE IS A VERY RUDE & POOR BUSINESS MAN & I WANT MY $40.00 WHICH CAN PAY A BILL FOR ME SINCE I AM ON A FIXED INCOME.
IT WAS WHAT HE PROMISED BUT BECAUSE I WASN'T SWEET TO HIM HE IS DOING THIS FOR SPITE, NOT A VERY NICE THING TO DO TO A SENIOR IT WASN'T MY FAULT THAT I COULDN'T GET INTO MY ACCT IT WAS HIS.
I REALLY HOPE YOU CAN GET HIM TO REFUND MY $40.00 I HAVE NOWHERE ELSE TO TURN.
