I noticed in December a charge of $24.95 on my American Express card that I didn't know what it was for. I did not follow up but had another charge in January for the same amount, same name...Value Plus. I called and they said I had ordered a product online for a free 30 day trial and would be charged each month if I didn't cancel within thirty days. I didn't order anything nor did I try a product for 30 days. Called the 800-475-1942 number & the lady said Value Plus is a company that saves you money on everyday items you purchase for a fee of $24.95 a month. (whether you make purchases on not I guess because I didn't make purchases.) They closed my account and said there would be no more charges. This was today February 10, 2011. I am out $50 dollars and no way to get it back. Looks like they have many complaints!

I did not authorize charges to WC Value Plus in the amount of $16.95 per month for the past 6 months. Refund demand.

wc value plus made a unauthorized charge from my bank account.I called the telephone no.that was on my bank statement. a woman told me that she doesn't work for value plus and her company, only collect money for them. I ask her for value plus address an phone no.an she said due to the privacy act that she could not give me the number or address. how can this company scam people and get away with it.(I need info on how to retrieve my money from this company)contact me my email is [email protected]

My husband was reconciling my credit card and I decided to do it this month. WC Value Plus has been making unauthorized charges of $19.95 since at least May of 2009 (my credit card online statements will only go back that far).

WC VALUE PLUS has been charging my debit card $19.99 for several months and I don't even know who they are.
I tried to call them but no answer. I tried to cancel my so called account online but did not receive a response.
