Warrior Custom Golf Reviews

Warrior Clubs are Actually GREAT Clubs
I have seen the complaints here and wanted to share my opinion:

have to be completely honest here: I freakin LOVE the 3-Iron Hybrid. I am a -3 Index, play Mizuno MP-68 irons, Cleveland Weges, Scotty Putter and Ping i15 3-Wood & Driver...most aggresive set you can possibly play with. I put the Warrior in the back of the closet for a year after doing the "scammish" eval. I got a 3-Wood, 3-Hybrid and LobWedge for about $175 when it was said and done, with X-Flex shafts.

Last week I picked up the Hybrid because I was frustrated with mine (Burner Tour TaylorMade) and have played two rounds with it. It has become my favorite club in the bag...this is no SHITT. I hit this 3-Hybrid with shaping ability perfectly. With no wind I can hit a sweet little 225 yard and land my target softly. This is just my sincere input!

Feel free to email me if you think I'm lying or a company rep. I am not. Live in Houston, TX. [email protected]

Shady dealers
These high pressure con men are good at what they do. They lure you in, take your money and when you want to return a product, they stall, pressure and lie. They sent me free wedges to try out a driver. When I decided to send back the driver, they talked me into sending me another free product if I wouln't get get a refund on the original purchase. I consented, but soon discovered that the wedge I ordered was rusted! They promised to replace it, but when I got it back today, all they did was try to shine it up a little. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with these charlatans!

Letter in the Mail
I got a letter in the mail with a great offer to try all these different golf products and I couldn't believe it. I have never played a game of golf in my life (but I'm taking it up this summer, so I was interested at first) I thought it was way too good to be true so I googled. Thank you to everyone else who posted about the scam before. I am posting now because I got a personalized letter in the mail. My name is spelled right and everything, that is rare. So everyone else out there, beware! The offer is so tempting, but don't do it!!!

no complaint
I like warrior I think people like to complain a lot. I've been in telemarketing for a while and sometimes when you get person after person either cussing you out or people trying to get free stuff it breaks your mood down when your trying to make money to live so you have to be a little more aggresive. All they are trying to do is make a living like you and I. And plus if you only play golf once a week warrior clubs are the best because they cut them to your height and they work the same as a callaway or a cleveland. Why buy a club that's 300 dollars that's just advertised better when you can buy 3 clubs for 399 that WILL work the same. You can't make better golf clubs you can only get better prices and to have a club that's custom to your height and style of play for 133 that's looks nice is a hell of a deal

Deceptive Business Practice
I was offered the opportunity to "try" some of their custom made clubs for a period of 45 days, I was not impressed with the clubs or their performance compared to my old clubs. I was charged close to $500 for these clubs and was told that I could return the clubs for any reason if I was not pleased with them. I sent them back within the alotted 45 day period and and they were sent back to me with a phone number written on the box telling me I had to call them to get a reference number to return them?? They already had them in their possession!!?? Why the heck send them back to me to have me get a number so I can send them back to them???? Anyway by the time I got them back in the mail it was past the 45 days. I called to resolve the issue with a representative and was esentially told I was out of luck since the due date had past. They told me that it was "clearly stated" on the invoice as if she knew exactly what my issue was and it was a normal occurence. They need to verbally let people know that they need to call to get a number so when the time comes the clubs can be sent back with out an issue not hide it in the fine print. Shame on me for not doing my homework prior to entering into a business deal with a company that has multiple bad reveiws. Now I see that they have an "F" with the BBB!!

deceptive scam
The company advertises a money-back guarantee for trying out their golf clubs. They try to avoid the guarantee by fast talking and refusing to give the money back. Beware doing business with this company.

quality
While this company is notorious for it's relentless sales pitches, it also never quits calling no matter how often you decline their offers. A few years ago I accepted a free set of wedges and was immediately sorry that I did because of the inundation of phone calls. The shipping and handling charges exceeded the value of the clubs. My set of clubs spent a few days under water because of a hurricane. I was able to clean up the clubs and I still using them except for the Warrior wedges which were the only ones that got rusted.

IT IS FULL OF NON EDUCATED EMPLOYEES THAT GET A KICK OF SCAMING SENIORS AND TAKING ALL THEIR MONEY THAT THEY HAVE WORKED ALL THEIR LIVES SAVING JUST TO GET SCAMED INTO GOLF CLUBS THAT SUPPOSEDLY HAVE A 45 DAY MONEY BACK GARENTEE...YEAH RIGHT. THE PROCESS OF THIS IS TO SELL PEOPLE CLUBS OFFER THE MONEY BACK GARENTEE AND WHEN SOMEONE WANTS TO RETURN THERE STUFF WHITHIN THERE 45 DAY MBG THEY DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO MAKE THE CUSTOMERS KEEP THE CLUBS THAT HAVE NO USE FOR THE CUSTOMER AND THEN THERE OUT $400- 600 DOLLARS OF JUNKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK! THE MANAGMENT THERE IS A JOKE. SLUTS AS THE MANAGER SLEEPING WITH THE OWNER, PEOPLE ON DRUGS IN EVERY DEPARTMENT WARRIOR GOLF HIRES PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN TO PRISON, HALF WAY HOMES, AND WHO HAVE RECORDS...SO THE PEOPLE SELLING YOU CLUBS HAVE ABSOLUTLY NO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER AT ALL CUS THEY ARE ALL DOPPED UP. THE SALES MANAGERS ARE A JOKE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BIGGEST JOKE OF THEM ALL. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH WARRIOR CUSTOM GOLF UNLESS U WANT THEM TO CALL U EVERYDAY ALL DAY TO BUG U ABOUT BUYING THEIR JUNK PRODUCT., DONT WORK HERE THEY WILL FUCK U OVER AND USE U, DONT DO BUSINESS THEY WILL FUCK U OVER ON UR MONEY AND TIME. poor service
I have been testing several different designs of clubs without any issues with satisfaction until I found that the 1 set I finally felt comfortable with developed cracks in the heads. Because the warranty was changed to one year instead of the "lifetime" for which they were promoted to me as, there was no way to get these replaced unless a new set was purchased. As soon as I began asking for managerial assistance the phone goes dead. I get calls from the mgr assistants asking me to be available for their boss to return my call and then never call back (4 times in 2 months).

scam club deals and shaddy bussiness practice
Aftre trying to send used clubs back that were supposed to be free to try in a promo deal, I found it almost impossible to get satisfaction trying to send them back. When you do get through to the sales person or customer service person they are no help. Thay say that they have no authorization to help you to return the clubs .They will send you over to their high pressure sales person, Rainer. You are badgered to buy more clubs, a fullset of irons, plus wedges etc. After much time wasted, I figured I would just settle on a price. A mistake. I checked my credit card and they are shipping the club set which I earlier refused. They will bill you and sell you stuff on your credit card that you did not buy or want. Please never ever do business with this company or you will be sorry. A lesson learned the hard way. If it sounds to good to be true, it is.
