Harassment and false accusations!
I was a former associate @ #1104 was discharged/fired for unknown reasons. After being discharged, everytime i have gone to the store to shop for groceries i have been subjected to harassment by the managers on duty followed by the security personnel. The last incident was where the store manager: larry gamble falsely accused my friend an i of ramming shopping carts into vehicles. This was unproven. Mr.gamble got directly into my face screaming at me when i stated, that he knew me better than that. I also said for him to check out the surveillance video tapes. That he would be proven wrong. mr. gamble approached me closer screaming, i will look at what tapes i want too!!! Very disturbing for a store manager to accuse a paying customer. Very unprofessional on his part. I feel that this warrants a major looking into. false accusations/ harassment /personal slander from other associates and management.

Walmart site to store misleading on actual delivery time
I've placed three separate orders with Walmart.com online within the past 30 days. Two orders have arrived late, and I'm currently still waiting on the 3rd and FINAL order I'll ever place. It's been 16 days since I placed the order and my credit card was charged, and I've still not received this order. Walmart advertises on their site "place order site to store and receive it within 7-10 days! I've written them numerous times regarding this and have not received any satisfaction nor any discounts to make up for their tardiness! IF they can't deliver on time at the minimum they should offer a discount or some kind of refund. Numerous sites offer free shipping to your door and those arrive within 2 days! Walmart is falling behind in their customer service.

Theft
On December 3 2007 i was in walmart shopping for christmas presents for my children. I had been in the store for about an hour and was ready to leave when i remembered i need some makeup, so i headed to the makeup department and found what i was looking for but couldn't remember the color i needed. So i picked up the two i thought were closes and compared them. After a few minutes i decided on one and put the other one back. I placed the other one on top of the toys in the child seat part (my purse was underneath). As i was trying to find and register that didn't have 7 people in it the makeup most likely slipped down and fell beside my purse. By then i was irrated about the long lines and decided to go through the self checkout. I placed my items on the belt and scanned them and payed for them.. I forgot i had the makeup and didn't see it sitting there so i continued to the door. As i was passing the security area a man came up behind me and asked if i had anything i didn't pay for. My heart sank and i said OH MY GOD I totally forgot about the makeup... He ended up taking me and my boyfriend into a room in the front of the building.. He was very rude about this situation and said "where did the other stuff you stole go?" I said i didn't steal anything and the only thing i forgot to pay for was this peace of makeup. He continued to say "i was watching you and you had two things of makeup that you took where did the other one go?" I told him i only put one in my cart and i fully intended to pay for it. They asked how much money i had on me and told me they were going to give me a warning and i was no longer aloud in and Walmart of Sams Club store for the rest of my life. Is this fair and is it legal for them to ban me from there store when no charges were filed and i wasn't even fined?

Poor service!
I called Walmart to inquire about a product which they did not have in stock, and was told to call a few days later when the product was available. Every time I spoke to an associate, I was put on hold for up to 10 minutes. When I complained about why I was put on hold for so long, they basically dismissed my complaint and of course put me on hold for more than 5 minutes again. I spoke to their store manager a few times, whom one was apologetic about my run around. This store needs to train their workers on their customer service skill, because they are horrible!

Poor service!
Yesterday was my birthday and my finance bought me a fish tank from walmart. When I opened the gift most of the items that were to be included were missing. We returned the tank only to have a rather ignorant customer service rep tell us that they usually don't return tanks. When I asked why they said that it had to be returned to the manufacturer. I explained to them that the box was taped and therefor one of their staff must have known that something was amiss.
They did return the tank eventually but why should customers be treated like criminals for something they had no part in...
Beware!

Clothing & cleanliness of store!
I shop the Walmart in Springfiel Tn. It is often dirty with trash on the entrance way floors. The quality of clothing has gotten to the point that I will no longer be buying school clothes there. The clothing rarely last past two washings & often stretches out of shape or comes apart. I once was able to get most of our clothing there but no more. It is a shame to see Walmart getting to this point. Why can you not get a better grade of clothing merchandise? You did at one time. Even the jeans come apart. The Springfield store often has several empty shelves & never has enough personnel. I hope to see some improvement soon.

Unsatisfactory number of handicap carts
My mother was recently injured in an accident that has caused her to be in a wheelchair. We went to go shopping at Walmart and discovered that they had an insufficient number of motorized handicap carts. Because of this, Walmart lost over $200 of merchandise sales from my mother and I, along with the five other people we saw as we were leaving that would not be able to find another cart available. Not to mention the others that we did not see.
Upon asking for a cart, we were told rather rudely, may I add, "You are more than welcome to wait for 2 hours until a cart becomes available." Meaning, there were only 2 carts working at the time. One was in use while the other was charging. Where were the other carts you may ask? In the shop.
Walmart is a very large corporation. By not having a sufficient number of wheelchair accessible carts, they not only lose business but also give themselves a bad name. I was treated very rudely by the workers, which in and of itself is not right. Especially when those rude workers were the greeters standing by the door.
Walmart probably lost a few thousand dollars simply because they were not fully prepared for business that day to handicap people. That may seem like a drop-in-the-bucket for such a large company, but it is going to become a ripple effect. Because my mother and I are no longer going to shop there. Nor are our friends. If Walmart does not become more prepared to handle customers such as my Mother, they are going to continue to lose business.
All it will take is to buy a few more rolling carts, and Walmart will have much happier and satisified customers.

Store don't have less price doodles
The Store is big... But about kid's doodle (magnetic writer) they used have many varieties... recently no varieties.
While shopping we could not find any doodle so asked a salesperson , then he searched and gave us a old high priced doodle which was kept very up and mostly becoz of the reason of not sold so there were very few and with cover tear .That means not maintained... If that salesperson really want to sell items he could give us with better cover... As it was very up we could not see other And price was almost 2.5 times so my husband said no... I could make him say yes at least if the cover was in good condition...
Walmart was believed to be with good brands but cheap rate But My opinion is totally changed.

Be careful with your spouse at WalMart!
Do you have a spouse that works at WalMart - Beware their fraternizing policies are not worth the ink that they used to print them with!!! WalMart in NC allows open fraternizing of married employees and management/salary with hourly.
Management even tells the employees to not talk or say anything about it to the public and turn their heads and ignore it They are even told their job could be on the line if they are found to have said anything...
My spouse in management/salary – he does do a great job when he works - It started when he had a loss as his Mom passed away-he already had some mental disorders and was suppose to be on meds that found out he had stopped abruptly which caused his mental situation to be even worse... major depression... and would rage for no apparent reason... His manager/supervisor and the corporate knew whole situation... They transferred him to another store to finalize all needs and working night shift (he had been working that shift at the store he was working at when his Mom died) a lot - this store had just been built and he was to be responsible for making all right for the grand opening... make long story short ... he had a hourly that worked there with him and he began to take smoke breaks with her and God only knows what other breaks because next thing known they began having relations and whatever else... he had also began to drink very heavy and had not ever done this... lying saying he was going to stay at his dad's as he had medical needs and other needs, so he could help him. I would not have denied him to go help his dad as his dad is also the only dad I have on Earth and I loved him as such. I would try to go see him at the store he was working at, but never could get in to see him.. would say they could not get in touch with him and he may not be there right then or other excuses – and since he was not there – being not open to public I could not come in. When I would call him also would get same lies... and excuses... I should have realized something but guess very naive and I too was very distraught from his Mom's death as she was truly my best friend.....been married over 30 yrs and trusted him... boy was I stupid... found out by talking to other employees he was seeing the female (harlot from Proverbs) and things were happening between them as she did a lot of talking. She even tried to run me off the road and kill me several times (yes police reports were filed). (even left the store while she was on the clock and tried one night) I had a car accident and the EMT's tried to contact him by calling store and the corporate must have realized then that it was known outside of the WalMart group as EMT was told to talk to them about contacting him through her if need be...as I was being rushed to hospital. All of a sudden he is being transferred to another store (policy is he should have been fired and she also) she got fired a little later for another situation (ironically calling another coworker's husband and telling him that she was cheating on him - coworker field a complaint against her - she is mental for sure)
Anyway - this is a warning that WalMart does not care if they encourage a breakdown of a family - they do not care about the well being esp. the mental well being of their employees as they knew what was going on with him mentally. They had asked other persons of interest about his mental stability and it was explained to them and they wanted they said to work with him since he had had the loss of his Mom. They were a big part of breaking up our home, our family, and since this happened I have found that this happens more often than realized... another manager - the one that managed the same store was transferred overnight for the same reason - other things also happened.
SO BEWARE - DO NOT TRUST WALMART - YOUR SPOUSE - OTHERS - I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT WE WERE THE LAST TO HAVE ANYTHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN... NO MARRIAGE IS PERFECT, BUT WE WERE FINALLY GETTING THINGS TOGETHER AND I HAD EVEN BEE WORKING ON MYSELF TO BE A BETTER WIFE AND BETTER PERSON... WHILE HE WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE PLAYING WITH A HARLOT OF PROVERBS - READ IT - IT PARALLELS WHAT HAPPENED - THE BIBLE HAS EVERY SUBJECT THAT YOU CAN THINK OF - Also states what will happen to ones that fall into that trap and refuses to come out of it... it already has begun with those parties.
You need to be aware and stay on top... WalMart is not what it used to be - a family oriented company that was great to work for (anyone that works there can see that with the benefits like insurances that have been sliced down to nothing and others) I know many persons that have left because they can go to other companies that care sincerely... Sam Walton has to be very unhappy when he looks down from Heaven and sees what mess has happened... even the fact that WalMart is destroying other companies and paying so low and keeping it as such that many are living off public assistance...
If you are a Christian and read this - lift it all and all persons involved in prayer... we were raising a Grandson at the time that is 9 yrs old now and it has totally destroyed him... he had enough to live with because of the circumstances that brought him to live with us and his young Daddy... Granddaddy was his best buddy and he now has abandoned him completely... never comes by, never calls him, nothing... my sons are so very hurt and there is so much anger... For me - I will stand for our Covenant Marriage we made with God... He will answer if he gets to Heaven... I will live for the Lord and do what I can to make the best for my Grandson that I now am raising on my own... I am 100% disabled and have very little money to live off of, about to loose my home because he cannot even help with that while he lives rent free in a house his Dad has given him to live in... he filed bankruptcy so there are no bills either... and he is getting ok money since he also is retired from the military... yes I lived through a very rough life with our children while he was gone almost 3/4 a yr every year because of military field problems and maneuvers. even taking care of not only our home, but being the family support for all his soldiers' families while they were gone... Pray for it all... Begging you to be careful with your spouse at WalMart or even with you and what could happen if you work there.
