GE MONEY BANK / COLLECTION AGENCY
Walmart uses a bank / collecion agency in another county. Your personal information is not only in the United States but tucked away nicely in Maylasia. When you have a dispute regarding your bill, you will be taking with a person who does not understand English! Way to go Walmart and GE Bank!

employee
I recently applied at walmart they called me and offered me a job, i was hired, the third day after my tests
I received a letter telling me I had a prior arrest 4 years ago, that was not letting me be a walmart employee.
I was not even asked about it. I am more than qualified, id say way more than qualified, but my point,
im getting there.
Later I was shopping at walmart with my family, i seen a employee doing hand gestures to another
employee, at first I thought it was sign language, well i suppose to them it was, this was a spanish speaking
person that could not speak english to her co-worker, I was going to assist them sence they both looked utterly
stupid!, but I did'nt, I mean they were smart enough to work there, I supposed they could figure it out themselves.

Stupid Cashiers
WalMart NW Expressway, and Council in Oklahoma City.
Made a purchase of $30.31. Handed the debit card and 1 dollar to cashier. told cashier to take the 31 cents out of the dollar and use the 30 dollars on the debit card for purchases. the idiot took the dollar, then told me he and she would take $29.31 off the 30 dollar debit card and leave 59 cents on the debit card. WHAT THE HELL TO YOU DO WITH A 59 CENTS DEBIT CARD???? I asked them and they just looked at me like they were stupid. So I had to go find a manger and work it out so that I could clear the 59 cents off the debit card... What kind of idiots does WalMart have a cashiers when they can't understand a 30 dollar debit card and needing to take 31 cents from a dollar bill?????

tire
I have a complaint against the way things were handled in our purchase of car tires. we purchased 4 tires from the Minot, ND walmart on 4/20/2009. we went on Vacation 5/03/2009 to Neveda. on our way we were going down the highway and the car started to shake. at first we thought it was the road but it didnt stop so had to find a place to pull over for some highways don't have big enough shoulders. so we found out we had a flat, put the spare on and continue on went to the town of Winnemucca NV found the Walmart store and a lady came out took our information and said because we didnt get road hazard warranty when we purchased the tires, she said it couldnt be repaired for we road on it well of coarse it was road on when you are going down the highway 70 miles an hour you just can't stop right then an there. everytime we asked her something she would say we road on it so couldn't help us and we had to purchase another tire. she was not helpful at all her name was Michelle in the tire lube express. she said they would check out the tire and see if it had faulty workmanship. they never came and told us if anything was wrong with it, so when they came after putting a new tire on, we ask the guy if he found anything wrong with the tire he said he didnt check and they were suppose to before they put on the new one. again it was brought up that we road on it and the inside was chewed up a bit and it just broke the seal. I see on the back of my receipt there is a full warranty on automotive service 90 days or 3000 miles. So I think we shouldnt of had to pay for the new tire and we do have the tire with us. I dont think they sealed the tire very well when we bought the 4 tires and it was Walmart in minot that put them on. I think we should get a refund $83.69 even if its in a gift card. Hope you are better understanding then some of your employees. Thank you for listening and hope to hear from you ([email protected]) Michael K. Brown PO Box 2125 Minot, ND 58702

No cust. service
Every time I walk into Walmart and have to deal with customer service I start remembering how rood most of them are. They act like it's a big inconvenience for them to help you or for that matter talk to you. If they see you walking their way they walk the other way and half the time you can't find anybody. Have you ever notice how when you ask them something they tell you that they are busy with another customer but you never see them again or you never see them helping that pretend customer? I can't stand Walmart and I try to stay away as much as possible. When my teenager has to go to Walmart I sit in my car.

prepaid card activation
The process needed to activate a Walmart prepay card is painful. Regardless of trying to activate it online or via phone is a long, long painful process. If I'm ever given one of these cards again as a gift...trust me, I give it back and say, "Thanks for the thought - you keep the card." The agravation is just not worth it!!

Comanager making threats
Comanager Greg gets away with making threats because the real manager Eddie lets him do because no one can prove he said it. He do it when no one else listening. I"m scared to any thing else he might figure out who I am and I need a job but I"m just scared. One day I will quit as soon as I find a new job. Be careful if you going to work here.

Falsely Accused of Stealing
On March 28, 2009 while shopping at the local wal-mart with my sister and three children my son was approached and asked to show an unidentified employee what he had in his pockets. He was approached in a aggressive way. My son is 11 years old and now is afraid to come with me into the walmart. My son had taken some free pamphlets that said 'Take One' on the box and they were also visibly sticking out of his pockets. I do not think anyone has the right to approach a child and ask them to show what is in their pockets especially if the child is in the store with his/her parents. I filed a complaint and claims management says that they cannot fine anything that Walmart did that was neglectful. I would like to ask a question. WQOULD ANYONE READING THIS BE ALRIGHT WITH THIS HAPPENING TO THEIR CHILD? I would have liked an apology given to my son. The clerk who did not have a name tag or uniform on currently still works there just as if nothing has happened.

Extremely poor place
We have an extremely poor Walmart in Douglas, GA. This is not the first time we have just let things go and not report them. However, my husband was looking for a TV that supposedly was on sale today. All the associates were standing around conversing with each other or friends that just happened to stop by. He finally asked if there was anyone that would help him. He was told they did not have an extra TV that was on sale and the one on display couldn't be sold. This has happened to my son, who is also an employee at Walmart Distribution. So you know what he did - he went to K-mart and bought his new TV. Their service is so much better. We have also notice so many bare shelves in the store - especially for what we are looking for - food items as well as other things. This is a very poorly run Walmart. No one seems to care. Also, I need a riding cart when I go there. A few days ago I went to buy groceries. There were no riding carts available and, at least, six that were out of order. Tell me why this is. I have to turn around and go somewhere else for groceries, or whatever else I am looking for. This store is giving Walmart an extremely bad name. If they are all like this one, I don't want any part of them. You had better try and get someone to manage this one that knows what he is doing. You are about to lose our business!!!

defective products
I purchased 2 phone batterys from Walmart and they were defective. I went to return them in the time allowed and Walmart would not take them back. Their reason was that they don't refund or exchange defective batteries. Walmart has a sign that states everything that you can return and the amount of time you have, batteries are not listed as one of the products you can not return but they won't accept them as returns anyway. Each battery is 14.99 I'm out of $32.38 for the both. When I spoke to the floor manager she told me that I had to contact the company that distributes the battery but when I call I get a message that say this company does not accept calls from your calling area. All I want is my money back can you help?
