i had purchased this card and put $100 and $3 to buy this card. i activated as soon as i got this card. i went to pay a bill with this card and it got declined, because i did not have any money into my account, which is just did. i called the company to see if they have received the payment and they said NO. i called the card company and they said i had paid my bill. so later that day i called the company and asked again to see if the payment went through and they said no again. i called the card company and asked them again did the payment went through and they said yes. i told the card company the payment did not go through because the card was declined. they said okay, wait 10 business days, and if the card did not go through then the money will be back into your card account. okay, i said. 10 days later i went to purchased some items, $30, the card has been declined. crap. the next day i went to purchase some more items, $20, the card has been declined, crap again. so i called the card company today and asked why did my card did not go through? they said it did go through and i said when, same day you have purchased your card. i said no, because the card was declined. the card co. said i have $95.50 left in my account. how in the hell i lose $4.50 in my account with out making a payment. card co. said i had the card over a month. huh, what, no i purchased this 14 days ago. they are liars. they also said that i did not have any money in my account because they said i made a payment of a $100. okay how did i get $95.50 in my account when i made a payment of $95.50. i know i did not put $200 in the card. contridicting they are. i had to pay a fee when i did not make a payment. got ripped off. i called the card co. customer service rep, i got hung up after 2 mins into the conversation. how rude. i will tell every one, i mean every one that this bull shit and rip off walmart card co. i not so sure that i want to shop at walmart any more. thanks for your attention. thinking about suing them?? have a wonderful day.

I needed to pay a bill on line, so I took the last 25.00 I had to walmart and added it to my RElOADABLE VISA. GUESS WHAT Walmart gave me a reciept with a beginning balance an ending balance, a reference code, an approval code, but I have no money on my Visa. I have spent a total of 6hours at this point trying to get to my money. I have talked with many different people and they all appologize and say this will be handled within the next business day. I have explained over and over that I dont need the money tomorrow I needed it last night when I as supposed to have immediate access to MY money. They will not allow me to talk with a supervisor or give me any answers on why my money is not showing on my card.I asked one of the many people I have talked to who is going to pay me for all the time I have missed from work trying to resolve this problem, the answer I got was they will credit my card the $4.95 monthly fee. I asked how they were going to add that to my account if they couldnt add the money I gave them. This is what is wrong with America today, we spent our money locally but we have to deal with people who cant speak plain english to resolve any problems. They dont know what the problem is but they are sorry and they are working on fixing it. How ARE THEY GOING TO FIX IT IF THEY CANT TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS! So I am still wasting my time sitting here waiting on my money loosing money by not being at work waiting on their supervisor to call me back. Donald Greene

I bought a prepaid visa and i am not a happy camper. The wal mart sales associate was happy to sell it to me but not so happy when confronted about not explaining about the product. I was unaware that the temp card was one time use. It took the personalized card 3 weeks to come in the mail which was supposedley coming in 7-10 bus.days, and by that time my brother had lost the green dot refill pack number. We use it as a source to wire money to each other but are in search of a new method because we are SICK AND TIRED OF BEING TRIPLE CHARGED!!! This damn card charges at the atm and at the card company then again every month. Lord forbid u want to call and discuss the matter oh that will be another charge.I'm a big girl can deal with being ripped off just not by rich corps like wal mart. It is bad enough the way they treat their employees. E mail me @[email protected] for the class action law suit. Im serious.

Paid for prepaid wal mart money card and now i have been informed that my money card has an overdraft on it. How can a prepaid card obtain an overdraft! If i get a bill there will be legal action that will ensue.

Nov 27 having worked 14-16 hr shifts-- My son and I stopped at Walmart to cash my payroll check, since banks were closed. For convenience I placed 200.00 dollars on money card, thinking this would be a way to pay utilities per phone. A day or so after depositing, I attempted to pay light bill -but card was rejected----so i thought maybe their bill pay just doesnot accept this type card. Exhausted and having only a few hours left to sleep before having to return to work again, i decided that I would try in Am. The next day I was placed on hold and gave up for i was on break at work. Once at home attempted to pay cable same incident ocurred. I called got to automated system which said that I now had a balance of forty some dollars -listened to transactions -----several for pizza---cell phones etc...Paid fee to speak to person who said that I would have to contact cell phone co and pizza places but they did not have addresses for them, etc representative no help at all. The day after making them aware, the balance on card continued to dwindle. I now have 10.00 bal. I have witten them making them aware i made none of the transactions. I never lost cards or gave info to anyone . All trans were made via phone or internet per representative. This certainly puts me in holiday spirit!!!
