I shopped at Walgreens on 10/09/2009 and on the receipt it has an advertisement for a survey/sweepstakes. When you attempt to go on the website that the receipt provides, it doesn't allow you to because it doesn't exsist. ATTENTION WALGREENS: IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT INFORMATION OR HAVE AN ACTUAL SURVEY, REMOVE IT FROM YOUR RECEIPTS!!!

Today at 1:40 pm I left my doctor's office to call in a refill on an RX that I was to take again. I drove from Batavia, thru Geneva to St. Charles to pick up lunch and back to the Walgreens in Geneva as it was on my way. I was put on hold constantly with only one human response to my call to hold and she would check to see if the medication was available. At 2:05 pm someone finally picked up the call with no idea why I was calling. Her response to my question as to why it took so long to answer was that "we had a lot of phone calls". Gosh, imagine that, I was one of those and I was on hold, how about all those calls that never were answered. Walgreens is way to overconfident that they are the only ones out there, well, guess it is time to switch to CVS who is larger than Walgreens and up to this time, has been a lot friendlier than Walgreens employees. I worked parttime as a Pharmacy Tech for 12 years and it has gone downhill since then, all the Techs and Pharmicists that worked for Walgreens that I knew have left and gone to different employers and the training also sucks, it is no wonder their number of errors has gone up over the years, scary, huh!!!

Went to Walgreens store and on receipt says to login to website for sweepstakes, but there isn't any sweepstakes anywhere...Need to fix register receipts, false information on them...

NOT EVER ABLE TO ENTER THE CASH SWEEPSTAKES, TRIED THIS MORE THEN ONCE.
WHY DO THEY BOTHER TO PUT THE WEBMAIL ADDRESS ON THE RECEIPT IF IT WON'T ALLOW YOU TO ENTER.

I am a nurse and have been one for 32 years. I have seen everything from million dollar transplant surgeries to a boo boo fixed with a kiss and a bandaid. I needed to do a wet to dry saline dressing on myself and got my nurse practitioner to call in a script to one of your pharmacies for normal saline. I do not know for the life of me, why I needed a script for saline but rest assured, I did. I went to pick up the script and was knocked out when the clerk told me it would be $24.53. That was after my insurance paid $25.46. My script was for 2- 250cc bottles of normal saline. I buy saline for the location where I work and this is about 12 cents worth of saline! I checked with my supplier and my cost to buy these is $1.22 each! Why does this cost $50 from you all? When I asked the pharmacy tech she was only nable to say "I don't know, they don't show us that". This is highway robbery!
