Okay people. I understand about most walgreens complaints but being an assistant there I have discovered that some of y'all are just plain drama queens. I have had a customer try to return a used pregnancy stick saying she decided she didn't want to know after all to a lady laying on the ground claimin exhaustion from trying to find the right floss because " you have just too many choices." Its hard to please everyone.
Register rewards...we hate them and at store level we have no control. We will at most stores try to figure something out with you but please understand that these are manaufactor coupons to be used at walgreens not walgreens ad coupons.
Ads...please give us the coupons from the ad..it changes every week and we simply can not remember them all.
Prices...yes we understand items will sometimes miss ring. Often times a price changes in the system and doesn't alert us. Sometimes items on sale don't link in the system. We apologize please do not scream.
Pharmacy...okay big one here don't shoot me...pharamacists are the only ones who say..yeah I will fill this. Having a pharmacy..a store...a coke product..this is a courtesy y'all...why are you gonna hassle the person who is filling something that could affect your life?? Most of the staff I have worked with are looking out for people making sure everythings gets filled right but don't scream that you want brand name and then scream its too expensive that you want the generic...speak calmly...please...we are human okay? There are laws to protect the staff AND you okay??? And here's a side note...we managers don't control pharmacy...don't yell at me to go get your prescription when the pharmacy is closed.
Coupons...look we have had a lot of people abusing coupons...internet coupons are causing such trouble from counterfieting that we just have to say no a lot of times. I'm sorry okay? Everyone says trust me trust that I am doing right...but that's what got us in trouble in the first place...
Photo...machines jam..I can't beat it with a stick and make it magically work perfect all the time okay? Yes a lot of techs don't know what they are doing..okay fine they are high schoolers who just need money okay? I know its a hassle but who else and be honest is going to do what we do and get yelled at all the time for the silliest stuff for the little pay we get. And the ones who have been there for years like me have families who count on that paltry check and can't afford to go anywhere else.
All I am trying to say is please give some understanding okay? I have had bad customer services at a lot of places...doctors who don't want to spend a few more minutes understanding just why you are there to the mc d's cashier who can't ever seem to remember to give me a straw...but seriously...remember that we are human...you have rude days and we do too. If there's a huge problem call the district manager..they will do something faster that the store...

i think walgreens is trying something to get people to fill out this survey to win 3000 dollars but all that came up was a complaint.. i need a gift card for wasting my time

Since you opened, I have smelled smoke in your store.
Your employees smoke, your manager smokes. There is a side door,
that is located by the refrigeration section. There is a security lock on
the door that you have to key a # to get inside.
All of the male employees are young, however the oldest of the
employees is about 50, my age, and is a larger man, 240#. He came
out of the room today when I was smelling the cigarette smoke.

I have a friend that works at another Walgreen's. I asked her about
rules on smoking. She said that there was not supposed to be any smoking
on the entire property of Walgreen's and that I should let you know.

I have seen other employees smoking at the NE corner of the building,
I have seen employees smoking at the merchandice receiving entrance.
This has gone on since your store opened. The one young girl who worked in
the cosmetics (I think she is gone now) was one of your smokers.

I do not think Walgreens are fair posted a dishonest claim that you could win $3ooo dollars when you arrive at the web site there a complaints line instead.

I stopped shopping at CVS because I didn't like the bonus bucks program. Now I may go back because the Walgreen's register rebates is worse. This morning I stopped at Walgreens to purchase 3 items with register rewards and the machine wouldn't work. The clerk told me that this happens a lot. This program stinks.
