On January 21st, I had service done to my BMW, which was under warranty, and needed a loaner car overnight. Since there were no loaners left (even though one was parked in front) they had Enterprise Rental pick me up and rent through them. I was assured over and over by David in service that BMW would pay the bill. I rented a crappy Corolla--with "check engine" light shining--for the day. BMW never paid the bill. It is Enterprise's protocol to wait 90 days then they charged my credit card $28.62. The fiasco I went through to get these charges returned was a nightmare. BMW finally made payment to Enterprise on May 30th and I awaiting a credit refund. The only shining star was Sue Zimmerman in the Purchasing Order department who helped me understand the situation. Lesson: Always secure a BMW loaner prior to coming in, like Fort Lauderdale BMW is always happy to do!
