Vidio Professer Inc. Of Denver Co. 80219 Has been a total pain. They are quick to take money from your account, but take forever to put it back If you wish not to keep a item. It is not as simple as they make it look on televion. You are to have 10 day free trial but it is not 10 days from the time you receive the disk til they take out money from your account for the disk. When I called they gave me a return code to place on the box to be sent back. I did that the same day I called. I was told by someone named Marven that once they received the package to please allow 10 to 15 days for my account to be credited. I mailed my package with delivery conformation receipt. Once I was able to tell that they had received it i waited 20 days for the account to be credited before I called back. I was told to please allow a couple more days and if not there please feel free to call back. I did and was told again to wait, this time 10 more days. Still not credited. I called again and got a recording. I went with the recording and at the end had to leave my phone #. Still no call and no credit. I am out the $79.95 and I am Not a Happy Camper. That is a lot of money for me . Still waaiting to have my account credited.
