I purchased a FIOS Package in June of 2007 and since my first billing for this advertised package it has been nothing by mistakes and incorrect billing. I have spent many, many hours each month trying to get these billing issues corrected...and each customer service clerk and their supervisors have assured me that this will be correct, just be patient with their billing dept, it might take a few months for corrections to go through...to date this has not occured...I was told that I would be billed $121.00 for the next year.. evern thought I thought I was purchasing a $99.00 package ( I still have this advertisement for this product plus a $5.00 for each box ...(4) boxes times $5.00 equals $20.00 ...and the total would be 99.00 plus 20.00 equals $119.00 plus taxes...However, due to the continue hassel and inconvenience of month extended waiting on line and calling to correct billings that range from $189.00 to $135.00 monthly...for one year they would charge me a TOTA of 121.00 for one year...for all my inconvenience...I was assured of this three months ago...March 2008...However, my bill of 4/29/08 is for $154.00
This is a frustrating as it can get...each billing agent has given me a different story...Most have been polite and have apologized and assured me that this will be corrected...and it never is...
Do they not keep any files and what is their PROBLEM
