They will send a cease-and-desist letter, after 30 days you may then add your name to an on-going class action suit.

The company is currently being sued by the Attorney General in Missouri for hundreds of consumer complaints. So far, however, they have not been shut down.

These companies are a scam. Do NOT give them any financial information. You will receive nothing for your money or credit card charges if (God forbid) you actually gave them your credit card number. Their war-dialler and junk mail harrassment tactics are also extremely annoying. Asking them to not call you does not work. Do NOT let your loved ones do business with this company.
