Scam and cheating!
Basically, they called demanding my checking account # and tried to tell me that it was for a 1000 shopping spree. I refused and the individual on the phone became agitated so i told him that i wanted his bbb verification. He then said thank you, have a good day and hung the phone up.

Poor service!
I work customer service for a company and we are not allowed to give out our last names for our own safety... I got a call from a rep who said that he needed my account info for verification reasons... I am so glad I found this website because now I can go close my acct and open a new one... And verizon is not the only phone company giving numbers to this bunk company... I am a unicel customer... when i asked the guy which company gave him my number as it was selected at random and got entered from a company i shopped with he was not able to give me that information... can anything be done about this scam? I am going to the fbi where they can investigate this...

Continuous calling
I am also receiving calls on a continuous basis from Unified Services. I have requested that I be placed on the "Do Not Call" list but of course, that hasn't happened. Usually when I do that the person just hangs up on me. The last call I received, yesterday as a matter of fact, I asked the woman for the customer service phone number. She said that she couldn't give me that information until the transaction was complete. I again told her that I had requested for them to not call me and I wanted to speak to a manager. She just kept right on talking. The funny thing is, after a minute, she asked me if I was really interested because she didn't want to continue and waste my time or hers if I wasn't. I told her that she should already know I wasn't interested from the moment I told her I wanted to be put on the Do Not Call list!! Anyway, the only information I got out of her was that the company is Unified Services in Las Vegas and that it is a travel agency (which may or may not be the truth). I am waiting for them to call me back again!! By the way, I am not a Verizon customer but they did call my cell phone and I am with Nextel.

Call me daily
I have refused their "deal", asked to speak to a manager and told "no", asked for a return phone number and told"you can't call me back I have to call you". They have my name and verizon cell number but not my address. I went along with it to see how much info they had on me and he verified my name and number but did not have my address and wanted it. I did not give it to him. I told him he should have it if I already won. My call ID says "0" or "1-888--888-8888" on my cell. I have asked to be removed from their calling list but they still call everyday. I have ignored their calls for 5 days in a row and they still call each day. I have called verizon and even talked to the legal department who says they can not trace the calls because the company is spoofing in and the number won't show up. I do NOT get these calls at my house though. I have ID block at home. If a person will not show their ID my phone will not ring. Its cox service caller Id rejection. Maybe thats why I don't get the calls at home. Funny that other people are verizon customers who are getting hassled too. I hope verizon did not do this.

Poor service!
I work 3rd shift, so when this company began calling about two weeks ago, I could never wake up in time to answer the CELLPHONE. They would call mostly between 10-12 (noonish). Finally I get a call from some Indian guy around 3:00.pm. Answer the phone and its the usual sales pitch about some crazy ol'vacation and $1000 shopping spree. Either way, I wasn't interested from the get go. I am a college kid and haven't got time or the cash loss (absent from work) to screw around on something thats probably got a ton of strings attached.
Ol' boy started saying how he got my number from a business that I use to deal with (like a credit card company sold them my stuff or something) I asked who it was that gave it to him but he "dropped the phone" and apologized and changed the topic of my question immideatly. Well eventually he gets to saying that I have to pay some $1.95 for shipping and handling on a info packet to mail me. Well I told him that was to expensive, I couldn't afford it. He asked "What? Are you a begger? $1.95 is to much for you?" Persisting that it was, I held strong on my bullshit excuse. When he seen I was set in my ways he told me " Then hang up the phone you bagger!" And then HE hung the phone up on ME.
I am reporting Unified Services to the FCC, FTC, & FBI among others.

Scam to get checking account info!
I just wanted to warn people about Unified Services. It is a fraudulent company telling you you have won a $1,000 free online shopping spree and some 3 day vacation and some stupid trial offers. All this for a $1.95 shipping fee? PLEASE! I was transferred to four people with thick Indian accents before they hit me with needing my checking account info. to draft the $1.95. I HUNG UP ON THEM! You don't need my checking info. or need to know that I even have a checking account; if I have won something. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! They never even gave me the customer service number or website before asking for my information. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR BANKING OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I'm still trying to figure out how they got my address and telephone number.

This company is a scam!
I have repeatedly asked them to take me off there list and they have not. They call me everyday. The last call I got the man with an accent kept telling me to tell him why he was calling. They told me that I had won a $1000.00 online shopping thing and wanted my bank account info, I refused. The man was very rude and obnoxious. I used to be a telemarketer so I know the laws. He told me that he would keep calling me whether I liked it or not. I am very upset. Someone needs to stop these people.

Harassing calls!
These people call me constantly saying I've won a $1000 shopping spree and free 3 day vacation. All I have to do is provide a checking account number to pay for the $1.95 shipping fee for my prize package. Callers are all Indian, speak quickly and are hard to understand. I have asked them repeatedly not to call me and they keep calling.
I've done research on other sites and they apparently take between $150 and $300 out of your account if you give them this information. DO NOT give these people your information.

I was scammed by Unified Services, don't let it be you next!
I received a phone call saying I had won a cruise and $1000 dollar shopping spree, and all I needed to do was pay a small fee for $1.95. The phone representative assured me that that no other fee would be taken from my checking account. I was very hesitant, but I accepted into the company's scam. Now on three different occasions Unified Services has taken money from my checking account without my permission. A total of $287.00 was taken from my checking account. Unified Service informed that I was paying for diet pills, online services, and phone services. I do not need to diet pills; I have wireless internet already; and I have phone. Unified Services did repay $69.00 to my checking account but refused to pay $149.80. If united services scammed you and took your $150.00 for nothing, I would love to file a class action law suit against them so that they know that it is unacceptable to treat people like this. This is my email address [email protected].

Fraud and cheating!
This company has called me 4 times so far and each time I've told them I am not interested. I don't know how they got my name and address, but they knew it when they called me. I'm hoping that they don't somehow have my account information. I'm submitting this complaint because of the other people who have fallen victim to this companies' scams and fraud.
