VAT TAX for non-residency
I had a loan of 15K stopped by your Board on Tursday, July 14th saying that I needed to pay a VAT Tax for being a non-resident. I find this totally ridiculous and being that I work for the IRS, I am very familiar with VAT and know that it is strictly a Consumption/Sales Tax on goods and services for the manufacture of finished goods. Loans are VAT Exempt. So why is my loan transfer being stopped for a Non-Residency VAT Tax? Such a Tax for Non-Residency does not exist. No where under the Sixth Directive and the revised Directive is there a VAT Tax for Non-Residency. There fore, I am asking that you clear this matter and have my loan released for transfer. The loan is from UNICREDIT. My ex-husband is a Captain Detective with Scotland Yard and is ready to file charges against the Revenue Board for Extortion, Fraud, Theft By Deception and Misuse of Office, if my loan is not released for transfer immediately. You have been warned.
