Company will not answer phone
I have been trying to cancel the account at Ultrarelief since I tried the sample; however they continue to bill my card every month for the last 3 months.

This company keeps on sending cream and charging account. Will not respond to complaints or requests.

Scam charges
I after the first trial I canceled and went overseas to India to work. I returned this week to find they have continued to send the product and when I try canceling they say I don't show up on the account yet they continue to charge my account. They have charged my account for the past 5 months.

not able to contact,cancel,keep getting charged
i got sucked into ordering this .i was told i will be charged only shipping & handling.but they kept sending me more product & charging my credit card. their phone# does not work & website is not legitimate.they don't include invoices or return address on the shipment

Unauthorized charges!
I requested only a SAMPLE of UltraRelief and agreed to pay for the shipping for a sample. When asked if I wanted monthly shipments, I said NO.

Company did not cancel membership and charged my account anyway after I canceled!
The product was not as advertised. They sent me the "arthritis pain cream" even though I had canceled the membership. I have requested my bank to cancel the credit card and issue a new one as well as reverse the bogus charges.
Definite scam!

I just wanted to try the sample and now they are still charging my account every month and sending me the product each month. It is not working for my lupus pain.

Unauthorized charge!
Ordered, product of ultra relief, received product, they took shipping and handling, out of debit card, then sent me another jar of ultrarelief, i kept that, then sent me another jar of ultra relief, and sent that one back, they took out 60.00, from my account. I then called them on the phone said i sent the product back stating i did not order this and i wanted my money back they said it would take 3 weeks, that i would get 45.00, back because of the shipping cost could not be refunded, this does not make any sense, its been two weeks and no contact from them.

Being charged for something I do not want!
I ordered a sample for 3.99 I have read the paper I printed at the time for this order there is nothing on it about any future orders or that each of those orders were going to cost $70 for a small jar. This product does not work, at least for me. Now I am having trouble stopping the orders from coming each month.
