Cancelled subscription
Cancelled subscription about two months ago. I have not received any more product but on 4/7/08 my account shows another charge of $4.95 appeared on my bank statement. I can't even find the website to cancel.

Company
I ordered the sample of the product. The company continued to call me and ask for my credit card number. I told the first person that I never give this to an unknown company over the phone. They continued to call and I finally told the person on the phone to cancel the product. Just today I received the small sample with no indication of what was going on. I hope I do not have to experience what others have in the monthly billing for something I have cancelled.

Unauthorized charges to credit card!
Company sent me a trial sample which I paid the shipping for and now they have sent me 2 more jars I did not ask for and charged my credit card twice already.

Stealing money from my account!
A while back i ordered MYOMED samples and after that i canceled... seemed to be ok... a few days ago i see a charge on my bank statement from ULTRA RELIEF. Which happens to be under the same company www.performanceproductsusa.com. I didn't even order this stuff and somehow there is a charge of 4.95 on my bank statement from them. these people steal. I don't care if its is only 5 cents shy of 5 bucks... fact is they stole it and i want it back. I advise EVERYONE who has been screwed by the company to go to BBB... the better business bureau and file a complaint to STOP them. The link is

Unauthorized charges of 4.95 a month
Every month charge of 4.95 can't cancel on line or phone 18883126551 based in arizona. Finaly canceled my card.

Subscription not canceled!
I, too, purchased the sample tube and then could not get the subscription canceled. I have sent them an email, gone into their contact site and unsubscribed my name, and contacted my bank not to accept anymore charges. I don't know what it takes to get these people to get the message, but it took a while.

I've contacted them and told them to stop charging me. They told me i wouldn't be charged but i am still being charged.

They will not cancel order, i keep getting jars of product and charged $66.90 per jar.
I ordered sample small jar of Ultra Relief then I canceled ordered. Now I received a 2 oz. jar on January 29,2008 and two more jars in February 4 & 7, 2008 and it is being billed on my credit card for $66.90 each jar. How do I get them to cancel. I do not want this product. I am willing to mail back product, if needed.

Canceled and still charging my credit card
These people are charging my credit card without my consent i did order from them online and paid at that time then cancelled when i received the order sent second shipment back because i had cancelled never received anymore shipments but they charged my credit card on 1-28-08 without my consent or knowledge of it i called the number and left a message not to attempt to charge my card again but need some help with this evidentially after reading reports on this company scamming people. This is pitiful that we cant even order anything without this kind of thing happening sincerely

Charged for product I never received
A charge of $4.95 has been taken from my bank account... I had cancelled a previous order for the product, which I never received. This charge to my account is fraudulent and I want my money back.
