I ordered on the net the product ultra relief sample during their campaign "Try it Now" for a shipping charge of $3.97. That was in May 2008, since then they have sent me two more jars for the price of $4.95 a piece that I did not order but they charged my account just the same. Now ultra relief has charged my account $66.95 again with no authorization by me to do so. I do not want this product and I want my money back that has been taken out of my account without my permission. I want this matter to be settled immediately.

After ordering the "free" sample for 3.97 + tax - I canceled within the 10 days. recently I noticed a recurring 4.95 charge on m credit card statements and finally got a hold of a person. They told me the charge is for their newsletter and it has to be be unsubscribed separately! What a scam! $4.95 for an unwanted e-newsletter! No wonder these people keep doing it - anything that sounds too good to be true always is! I am contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges today.

When I googled Ultra relief scam - I came up with hundreds of them! We should all get together and sue them!

I responded to a radio show on KNUS (Salem Media) in December or January promoting Ultra Relief pain cream. The sample was free (except S&H). It came and was worthless. Next, comes a larger bottle (totally unexpected) and a charge on my debit card for $66.90 from a company named "Thornton Performance." I called to complain and get a refund and was put thru numerous hoops and finally received an email with a P.O. Box # in Orem, UT. I responded requesting a physical address that FEDX would deliver to. No response... I requested again... no response. I got sidetracked by a medical emergency with my wife that has consumed us for two months. Today I noticed that they have been taking out $4.95 per month on my debit card for emails they send to me, so I called the phone number that is on my bank statement and it is a "voice mail box that has not been set up yet." I did an internet search an got their customer service number and spoke to the young lady there who is either in on the scam or needs to be fired for being snotty to customers. She promised to stop the $4.95 charge now but she claims that there is a 30 day cutoff on returns.

can't reach the company by phone and e-mails are answered with an auto-responder. $4.95 has been charged to my card each month, for the last 3 months -- even after i cancelled the "free trial" offer.

Paid for shipping on Ultra Relief trial recieved free trial and Caused Rash and later infection after using two times. Called company to cancel any future shipments and news letter.

Two weeks later they charged my Credit Card roughly $66.96 which was unauthorized.
Then one week later they charged my Credit card $4.95 on 1/4/2008
Then on 1/19/2008 charged another $4.95
and 2/21/2008 charged another $4.95
and 3/5/2008 charged another $4.95
and 3/21/2008 charged another $4.95
and 4/4/2008 charged another $4.95
and yesterday 4/21/2008 charged another $4.95

I was told the $4.95 was for the monthly News Letter that I cancelled and have never recieved but they still charge my account every few weeks. When you speak to someone on the phone they will not give you a last name and ther is no supervisor.

I have called this company so many times and they continue to charge my Credit Card I now have contacted my Bank to have them block the Card and send out a new one. I have filed a complaint and hope to recieve a refund from Visa. I do not think this company should be allowed to fraud against consumers that work hard for their money. Hoe many others are defrauded against? They need to be shut down and fined and Inprisioned.

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE WRITE TO YOUR CONGRESS THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!
