unauthorised money taking out of my account
I purchased Dazzle white and then 3 weeks later $97.13 was taken by Ultifreshwell from my account unauthorised. I have had to close the account. Don't buy it or use the product.

unauthorised payments off my credit card
I sent for what I was led to believe a free sample of tooth whitener and have now had three payments on my credit card totalling almost £120 for nothing.It is a complete scam.

withdrawing money without authorization
I had purchased sample of teeth whitening items from Cleanwhites, there were two items. A week later a withdrawal was made by "ultfreshwell" for $87.62 with a phone number that is disconnected. What a fool I was. Never again. Beware.

Unauthorized Charges
Mostly it seems that these charges have come through a purchase of a tooth whitening product. But now also seems it has come as a Dietary supplement as well. In particular AciaForce Max. I would not have known if my credit card company had not called about a bogus $48.00 charge.

unathorised charges
I saw an ad on line for atooth whitening product that when used with a second product (different company I thought at the time) would work wonders.
I have received two tubes of dazelwhite none of the other company's product but have been charged $87.62 twice in one month and 99.95 fom a company called heathbuy.

Unauthorized charges
I was offered 2 teeth whitening kits for the cost of shipping, $1.95 ea. I was contacted almost immediately after signing up for the kits for a dinner and shopping discount cards. I was offered the memberships for $11.98 ea. I was charged those amounts, however I also found 2 additonal charges for the amounts of $48.92 and $24.13. Called the number listed on the debit 866-948-5508. Disconnected of course. Feel like a fool.
