Fraud
As soon as I received this letter from UBI Payment Services saying that simply by signing my name and fulfilling the contest requirements (one simple math question) I would receive a check for $5, 000, I Googled UBI and found your website. My question is, if this is a known scamming company, why are they still in business? How can I and others take steps to shut this fraudulent company down?

$5000 check
Recieved a check for $5000 stating that I won it in a contest. When I took it to the bank and cashed it, I was charged for a bad check. The authorities said it was a forgery now I have to pay this plus a fine back. What can I do?

IT IS NOT REAL
I RECEVIE A LETTER 4-6-10 AND OFF BACK I KNOW ITS SCAM SAYING I GUARANTEED TO WIN 5000 OK JUST LIKE EVERYBODY THEY WANTED ME TO SIGN THE BOTTOM PORTION AND ANSWER 20+5=25 21 23 I AM NOT CRAZY! I WATCH TO MANY T.V. SHOWS.

I received a leter saying I won 5, 000 and al i have to do is answer what 20 +5 is then sign and send back with an international stamp. This will get me in the tie breaker. Please look into this and post so others will not fall or it

guaranteed delivery statement
Sent a guaranteed delivery of $5000 lett to my mother. My mother has dementia and cannot "weed" these types of offers out. She receives about 3-5 of these types of letters per day. Criminal! I am looking for a way to stop these solitations.

NOV, 20, 2009 I WAS RECENTLY CAUGHT UP IN THE IDEA OF REPLYING TO THIS MESS...I ASK MY DAD ABOUT IT AND HE WAS UNSURE...SO I IMMEDIATELY LOOKED IT UP THE NET!! LMAO... A SCAM!!!...THE THOUGHT OF IT ...DID I MENTION IM ONLY 19YR OLD SO TO THINK THE WOULD TRY A CHILD IF HE COULD...ALL THE SIGNS WERE THERE. WHOM EVER MISSED SPELLED MY NAME, NO NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS AND I NEVER HEARD OF A SINGAPORE???????WHAT A CRAZY WORLD...PLEASE BEWARE!!!

Received a letter to answer the 1st grade "puzzle" sign and send back and i would receive 5000.00 dollars. That right there told me it was a scam

fraudulent mailed letter
THis letter came to be Oct 2 2009, stating I was guaranteed 5, 000.00 and after checking out this site, it has proved my intuition, SCAM, however being my husband said that if it were true, the would come with a certified letter or a courier asking for signature and receiving the check then and there.
So Hopefully you will seek and destroy this nasty scam/con artist company from destroying our nation of its humble lifestyles and ignorance we all have to these desperate times.

guaranteed payment
I received a letter stating that I was guaranteed a payment of $5000 if I answered a simple question (20+5= 25 21 23) and provided my signature at the bottom. After googling it I realized it was a huge scam of identity theft. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!
