Contracted for dispatching service for a payment of $399 first month and $349 subsequent months. 5 days after contracting services I experienced a sudden medical problem and notified Truckers Dispatch on the following day, who then agreed to suspend payments until I was able to get back on the road.

$399 was paid out through PayPal each of 3 months prior to cancellation. After first billing seller indicated billing was in error and would be credited. It was not.On the occasions we were able to reach seller and voiced our skepticism we were continually assured everything was ok and they would "prove themselves to us"

It would seem that the events speak for themselves and would indicate that Trucker Dispatch Office is a scam.

Presently they are not answering calls, faxes or email and as previously stated by others, disappeared.

TDO continued to charge for services they agreed to suspend and certainly has not delivered services for which were paid.

I also reported them to PayPal since they insisted I pay through that service, and now find that it is unacceptable to use PayPal for intangible, nonshipable services.

This company exists just virtually. After initial contact they target your account, collect money and disappear, providing no communication and service. Extremely dishonest people. Joseph Myers is behind all this scam.
