I will never use their services again, and I do not recommend that others do so
I booked my reservation through Tripres.com for a six-night stay at M Spa and Casino Hotel, Las Vegas, NV. Tripres.com did not tell me that in addition to the amount I paid them for the six nights, I would incur an 'Amenities Fee' at the hotel, which would not be negotiable or refundable. When I arrived at the hotel for check-in I was informed that an 'Amenities Fee' of $27.50 per night would be charged. I inquired as to why I was not informed by the booking agent, and the M Hotel employee told me that I should have been informed when I made the reservation. When I inquired as to what the 'Amenities Fee' was for, I was told that it was for use of the spa, workout facilities, swimming pool, etc. I responded that I would not be using these facilities, and I was informed that the fee would be charged, whether or not I used anything covered by the fee. I phoned Tripres.com at 1-800-255-0372 and asked why I was not told about the 'Amenities Fee' and they told me that if I had searched the M Spa and Casino Hotel web pages I would have found that information. I told them that I had trusted their web pages for the information I would need, and that any additional charges should have been revealed to me when I booked the reservation. Their attitude was, 'Too bad...you should have checked more thoroughly.' I will never use their services again, and I do not recommend that others do so. This lesson cost me $165.00 that I could have used elsewhere.

Double Reservation and No Refund
I had two windows up on TripRes to pick one of two reservations. I picked the Palm and they booked me in two different hotels. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They claim they were kind cancelling the reservation I wanted and would not cancel the reservation at the TRUMP that I did not want. I am now submitting them to VISA fraud and every agency I can find. Since I told them that, they cancelled my Trump Reservation and will not refund the money. Fraud TripRes, Fraud! Avoid these clowns like the plague. TripRes are liars and cheats.

Rip Off
Do not use tripres. What a munch of crooks. They charges us $110 for a night at the Nugget in Reno. When we showed up we were sent to the small lesser quality room across the parking lot. Those rooms go for $50. Tripres completely uncooperative and basically said too bad, you book it. So bottom line is if you want to pay double, then be my guest and use Tripres. I think there a bunch of crooks. They use the price for the good rooms but books you in the cheap ones. The hotel said they never charge over $50 for the ower standard room. The best rooms goes between &56-96. If your reading this Tripres, ...You got me!!!Ha HA HA

RESERVATION WITH MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON IT.TRIPRES GOT ALL THE INFORMATION BUT WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED FOR A RESERVATION NUMBER
THEY NEEDED ONLY MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND COULDN'T LOOK UP THE THE HOTEL RES. USING MY NAME. HE SAID HE COULDN'T FIND ANY RESERVATION.
