Please cancel any subscriptions for your product. I received a bill on my credit card for your product (presumably your anti virus program), but I don't recall authorizing a renewal. Perhaps such a renewal is automatic unless you are notified. At any rate, please cancel. I don't even have this program installed on my computer any more; somehow it got deleted. Please acknowledge.
