Very Jacked!
September 15, 2009
Ripped Off
TOYGLOBE THIEVES!!!
If anyone ever stumbles upon these lowlife scumbags from TOYGLOBE.COM - don't ever purchase off them.
They still owe us $USD83.88 for an order that's over 3 months!
We did an order back in late June and I wished I found these sites earlier but didn't until the day after we made an order, to our shock!!!
Even though they say that funds will be in US dollars, we were charged in Canadian dollars $280.95 when it should of been in US dollars of $240.13 for which the invoice stated and after calculating ourselves, was correct.
So after letting them know our concern, they replied only a few times of "I am pretty sure your order has been sent" up to 2 whole months then decided to ship saying that "see, we did sent it", when in fact they only sent it after 8 weeks later. A lot of difference when their site says up to 15 days shipping internationally.
So we finally got our products that we thought we'd never get minus one of the products which definitely was in stock when I ordered and now says it's on backorder. So I emailed them and said thanks for the shock as we didn't actually expect to receive it and explained when we could expect the backordered product (which shouldn't have been) and the discrepancy of the intial overcharge of Canadian dollars instead of US. So we received a reply: "Hello. We will issue you a refund for the missing item this coming week. Thanks for all your patience."
No mention of the initial overcharge so I emailed them again explaining what they owed us and when can we expect it.
No response, and that's over 3 weeks ago!
So, I'm pleading to all honest buyers who work hard for their money to buy elsewhere.
Unless you want to be:
Overcharged
Uninformed about the purchase you made
Not replied to in a timely manner when you send emails
Lied to
Purchase in-stock products and find out later it really is out of stock
Not knowing when you will get them if you do actually get them
Bottom line, if you want to get screwed over, buy from TOYGLOBE! Lowest prices for getting scammed!

Dear Internet shoppers, AVOID buying from ToyGlobe.com at all costs.

You people at ToyGlobe.com, I am please to inform you that I will be getting my refund back in no time. What does this means? This MEANS VISA INTERNATIONAL is coming after you shortly! BE AFRAID BE VERY AFRAID JERKS!!!

Product not received
"All shipments are insured and trackable."
That's a lie. Jun 16? Almost 3 months?
Let me tell you: I'm buying things about all arround the wolrd. Even from China, the thinks NEVER takes longer than 2 months.
This is my 4th e-mail. No tracking code. What this mean? I've been stolen!
So, lets do this. You could at least send the tracking code (so I'll kknow that the product exists), or you admit that the product have not been sent yet, and GIVE BACK MY MONEY!
Just to let you know: I have 4 free hours a day. If I have not a answer until today, I'll begin a crusade on all foruns and complains, and blogs about toys all over the internet, in 5 languages I know. No, its not a great work, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V is very fast for a message with this truth.
And more. I have family and friends in USA and Canada, and they will look forward your company.
Thanks

Poor service
I submitted an order for an item advertised on their website. After having the fee debited from my account I then waited four weeks for the item to arrive, which it didn't. After contacting ToyGlobe I was informed that the item was on back order and was to be shipped that week. This was a detail that they chose to withhold from me at the initial order stage, which prevented me from making the choice of going elsewhere and ordering my goods from a company that actually had the item in stock. Furthermore, the week passed and the item did not get shipped as they had promised. I have tried to contact them twice more, but to no avail. I am now five weeks down the line, fifty pounds out of pocket and there is still no indication as to whether I am to receive my goods or not. It is becoming an alarmingly increasing trend that companies can take your money for goods that they advertise, which they do not have in stock, without informing you first. This is even more infuriating when you are relying upon the goods to be delivered by a certain date.
Regards,
J.C. Dickinson.

Non receipt of goods and no response from company
After reading other complaints about this company I thought I would add another. As it appears with experiences other people have had, I ordered a toy for my son on April 6th. I received an order confirmation immediately. Right after that I received notification that my order had been accepted and processed and I would receive a shipping tracking number once the item had shipped. This was never received and over one month later still nothing, even after leaving several email messages and a voice mail with the company, which they send a receipt that they have received and will respond within 1-2 business days. Also, if you call close to 12 noon, which because of the 3 hour time difference between East and West Coast I always do, their voicemail system is full and will not allow you to leave a message.
Everyone should read these reports before they consider doing business with this company, Toyglobe is obviously not what it appears to be and should be banned from trading over the internet. How many more customers need to be affected and money lost?
I have contacted my credit card and they are in the process of getting a refund from them and in the meantime have credited me with a "temporary credit" of the nearly $100 that I paid.
I would recommend anyone to stay well away from Toyglobe.com.

EXTREMELY POOR Customer Service/ Delayed Delivery
I ordered 2 collectables for $49.95 at Toyglobe.com, more than $60 including shipping because the warehouse they ship from is in Canada (yet if you need to return an item you must ship it to New York..?) ANYWAYS I ordered these from their site sometime between the 25th and the 31st of March 2009. Their shipping terms/policy states that it takes 1-3 business days to process an order.. after processing your order will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days if you live in the Eastern US or 3-4 business days if you live in the MidEastern US. I live in Ohio so worst case scenario they consider me MidEastern. Ok, so after processing they say they will ship your order, notify you by email it has been shipped, and even give you the USPS tracking# to track your package(s). The only one of these terms Toyglobe met was the processing in 1-3 business days (if you didn't already know "processing" just means to charge you. credit card/ debit card/ paypal/ etc.) I recieved an email on April 2nd 2009 saying my order has been processed. I then expected a notice of shipping within the next few days. I didn't recieve ANY other correspondance from these bastards until AFTER I waited almost 20 business days to contact THEM and ask them "where the hell is my order that you had no problem charging me for within the first 24hrs of me placing it?!?"(and speaking of contacting them- the ONLY way you can is by filling out a form online. They even tell you "this is the only way of contacting us" no phone number or anything) Only then did I recieve an email telling me it's been shipped and a tracking#. That means if I had not inquired about my order in the first place they wouldnt have even shipped it yet! While waiting I decided to look up customer feedback about Toyglobe.com(I really wish I did this to begin with) and found that I'm not the only person who has been dicked around by these assholes. I consider myself lucky compared to some of you cuz I actually DID receive what I paid for in the end. They just decided to make me wait OVER 20 BUSINESS days PAST the maximum stated in their shipping policy/terms. So I get my package then I decided to send them an email and tell them that I've decided to NEVER buy anything from them again and also have told everyone I know to do the same. They replied with a smart-ass "we're sorry you feel that way, but mistakes do happen" email filled with cocky-ness and a lot of bad grammar. The bottom line is this: DON'T use ToyGlobe.com for anything other than a reference tool to view/find cool little toys and collectables that you should definitely purchase somewhere else.. and if for some reason you do decide to buy from them...just hope you won't have to try and contact them and don't expect much in the way of courtesy and/or common sense from their customer service dept. Hey, Toyglobe.. Fuck You.

Non delivery goods
Today, once again, I am asking you to refund my money back ($212 USD), that I did invested in a product and in a services that definitely does not work.
The tracking number could be a correct one but it do not allow me to search for my package and I don´t know in this moment where it is. Once the package leave the USA (March 12, 2009), it seems to disappear from the earth surface and, neither emails (USPS), nor you (John, ToyGlobe) gives an answers that satisfact me as a client.
The USPS services wash their hands telling me that USPS only can give the information to the sender (Ohhh, that is you Mr TOYGLOBE), and you (Jhon) write me telling that you believe that the packaged is already in my country and – ohh my god – and you ask me to wait a few days more. Have you realice that since I bought the toys it happens to be now- today (march 30, 2009) four (4) long months?? Do you???? Do you have information about the localization of the package today????? I doubt it.
In an email that you send me in February 27 on this year, you promise me that my package was coming out that week and in only seven days it will be in the destinatary hands or maybe you forgot that, Mr. John?
It was the same when you didn´t send me the famous tracking number and I ask you to refund my money and then you run so fast to the cheapest post office to place my order and send me the tracking number, when what I asked you was to send me my money back!!!
Today, once again, I am asking you to give my money back ($212 US Dollars) that I did invested in a product and in a services that definitely does not work. I believe that you are making fun of me as a client and as a person. Never in my life I have this kind of bad experience with any business until today that I decided –erroneously - to buy from you (John, ToyGlobe)
And, oh course, while I´ll be waiting in this long lobby that you force me to be and your various excuses, and yours “don´t worry” that everything is ok, I started to look other buyers opinions over the internet that may use yours “services” and I did paralize myself when I saw the tons of complaints of clients unsastified that your company have. If I have to make a resume it will be as a follow: package that never arrives to their final destinations and people lose their money because you never give it back. Package that gets to their final destinations but after several months of long waiting days and too many claims, and clients that have the fortunate that receive their money back because never receive their ansious and waited package.
And, I hope that you would not say that all of these complaints are false, because I am one live example of unsatified client, waiting for an eternal promise for a package that never arrives.
I, sincerely, believe, that you should make a serious revisions of the services you offers, because it is terrible. In you web page, you sale yourself very well, but to the ends….it works less. You are a very pitiful example for those who make their jobs with professionalism and also you are a bad influence to us because you generate a distrust to buy over Internet.
Phrases such as: “Sorry for the delay”. “Thank you for your patience. John.” Do not compensate the long wait. Since January 21, 2009 date when I bought the toys, until today March 30, 2009 too many days have passing by: Make your counts John, and if really you handle a company that expects to be serious in some moment at the time return my money back (212 $ USD).
Any other company only with the delay that you already have, they had restored the money long time ago and for sure they sent the package without any cost, and I do not say it just for saying it, because that´s the way these services work.
I said it to you a time ago and asked you to restore my money, you made yourself "el loco" (the madman) and realized the sending the package for the most economic and slow mail services that could exist, but you charged me 50 $ USD for the sending for the exterior, because the one that is nacional already you had loaded it. Do you believe that I do not do international services and do not handle the prices of the good ones and the bad or slow post office?. With that client's class you believe that you are treating?
You never answer the phones, the same happened with the emails…Are you working by yourself, in your garage????
Today, once again, I am asking you to refund my money back ($212 USD), that I did invest in a product and in a services that definitely does not work.
I am contacting my credit cards office. They do know what do to in these cases.

no delivery, no customer service
I ordered in december 2008 some Simpson-figurines. Toyglobe immediately took the money: 225€ (I am from Europe) but now, a month later, nothing has arrived yet. I wrote 4 mails, but they ignore them.
I would say, these people are crooks, if I don't get my money back and my order is not delivered, these people should be judged for fraud. Don't know what I can do, but I will take advice from a lawyer.

Toy not shipped
I ordered a WWE "Mankind" wrestling figure for my son on December 8, 2008. My Credit card was debited for $65.00 and as of Today January 10, 2009, I still have not received the product.
I have called their phone number a dozen times (514-332-8699), and each time I call, I hear a recorded message that the mail box is full and to please call again later.
I have emailed them several times, with no response each time, to at least get a status on when I can expect to get the product I ordered.
This is a BAD site...DO NOT ORDER any products from them, you will regere it.
I learned my lesson...DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST, to find out if there are any sites that are scamming the public.

not received merchandise
Order some collector McFarlene Toys for Christmas on Dec 3, 2008 received email stating that they would ship out items within 10 business days. They took money from Credit Card day of order. Never received tracking number as promised and have attempted to contact company but "Voice Mail Box" is full and won't accept any more messages. Sent three emails and received auto response that they would get back to me in one to two days but never received any contact. I put a complaint with credit card company and they reversed charges but then Toyglobe.com hit credit card again and now have another dispute. There mailing address is New York but they really are in Canada. Wish I would have know about this complaint web site prior to ordering. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TOYGLOBE.COM
