Bad subcontacter
This business was contacted by General Electric to contact me about my refirgirator. They did call me within 24 hours and I told them what I needed, and gave them all the information. They said they would order the part and that it would take 2 to 5 days for the part to come in and they would contact me. Over a week went by and no contact, so I called them and just got an answering machine. I asked them to call me back with when they thought the part would be in. Another week goes by and no contact. I called again and left another message. Two more weeks went by and no call from them. I tried calling other times and always just got the answering machine. I have left feedback to General Electric, but have not heard from them either. Beware of both.
