Unauthorized Charges
I found charges from TLG shopper on my card, which I did not authorize. They we're monthly for $14.99. I believe I was signed up with them when I got a membership with Every Day Guest. I canceled the Every Day Guest account, but somehow this did not cancel my "Shopper's Advantage" account.

I disputed the most recent charges on my credit card and got the money back, but there were more charges that were beyond the 90 day (60 day?) dispute time-limit, and they suggested I call the vendor.

I called Every Day Guest (1-800-417-6232) and they confirmed that my account was closed, and transferred me to TLG Shopper/Shopper's Advantage (1-800-835-7567). The customer service representative was slippery, surly and confusing, and tried to hang up on me very quickly. When I finally cornered him, he said I would not be able to get refunds for the charges.

I asked to speak to a higher up and I managed to speak to his supervisor, who was very friendly and immediately offered me refunds for the charges, no questions asked.

MORAL OF THE STORY: Don't let the customer service rep bully you! Talk to a supervisor and you can get all of your charges refunded.

2ND MORAL: Watch out for TLG Shopper/Shopper's Advantage if you sign up for Every Day Guest.

cancelled and they still charged me.
I cancelled the magazines in November . They said they couldn't refund the first payment but they would'nt charge me any more. Now in December, they charged me $8.00.

unauthorized withdrawal from checking account
I canceled this months ago and checked my account and realized that they are taking money out of my checking account - unauthorized. How do I stop this. I am unemployed and need all money available to me...what do I do??? Tell anyone who will listen this is a scam. I canceled as soon as I joined pretty much and now they are taking money out... Now I have to go through the hassle of fighting with the bank and trying to get in touch with these thieves... HOW ARE THEY DOING THIS AND WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO BE OPEN!!!

Unauthorized Multiple Charges
I have been getting charges on my debit card for many months now from tlg shopper and tlg greatfun. I have never heard of these companies before and when I saw that they were taking out $12.99 every month for each company I called to cancel. They are still charging me. HELP I am a mother of 3 girls, 1 being 3 months old. I can't afford to be giving them $25.98 every month for something I never authorized. That is a package of diapers and wipes. Any luck out there cancelling with these companies.

unauthorized multiple charges
I let my husband use my debit card to rent a Budget truck so we could get out of Indiana and I did not authorize TLG to sign me up for some dumb shoppers junk or whatever when it is HARD ENOUGH just trying to put groceries in the house. The company refused refund/credit saying I was ineligible even though I signed NOTHING!!! I was charged $15.99 three times! Even my bank W******a said b/c it was on the Visa logo card that they could not dispute it! Banks get bailouts while we get shafted by everybody!!!

Unauthorized withdrawals
I see the complaints for just this reason I am sending in my complaint. I had called to cancel this service back in April, and they are still withdrawing $14.99 out of my account. How in the world do you get these company to stop it. I don't need for it to take 6-8 weeks for them to reimburse me my money back. I will be sending this company to the bbb.org. and bring formal chargers on them.

Unauthorized charge
TLG-GreatFun charged $10.99 to my credit card without my notice as a membership, which I never subscribed. This is totally ripoff my money by charging to my card. I called them regarding this, they are saying I subscribed to their membership after buying a air ticket from priceline.com. I never subscribed to their membership after buying ticket from priceline.com, which is totally baseless. Still worrying that they will charge again. I think this is fault with priceline.com privacy policies by selling their customer card information to third parties like TLG-GreatFun without customers consent.

NO CANCEL
I CALLED TO CANCELL MY SERVICE WITH THEM ON APRIL 2 2008 WAS TOLD IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF GOT AN CONFORMATION NUMBER AND THE GALS NAME. THE CHARGE WAS ON MY CREDIT CARD APRIL 11 2008 AND AGAIN ON MAY 14 2008 I CALLED ON MAY 27 2008 WAS TOLD THAT THE CONFORMATION NUMBER WAS NOT FOR THAT SERVICE BUT HE WOULD CANCELL EVERYTHING. THEN HE ASKED IF I WANTED THE SERVICE AGAIN AT A MUCH LOWER PRICE? THEN DID I GET THE COUPONS? WHICH I SAID YES BUT THOSE COUPONS WERE FOR WHAT I HAD CANCELLED THE FIRST TIME.
VERY VERY BAD COMPANY. NO WAY WOULD I DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.
