Illegal charges!
This company charged my credit card 35.99 without my permission or knowledge. I am pissed!!! I have never heard of this company before.

Charging my child support card for over 6 months
Since 12-08 I have been wandering where my child support had been going. Everytime i get a deposit put on it a few days later 14.99 is charged off. To a company whom i have no idea... tealing from kids????? When will they stop? This is crazy, I cancelled that card and am getting a new one! This has happened to alot of people, they have to be stopped...

taking withdrawls
TLG Great Fun has been charging my bank account since the 1st of the year. there charging $12.99 and I want it to stop and I want to ge my money back . The fowllowing dates below are the dates I've been charged: 1-31-08, 3-3-08, 4-1-08, and 5-2-08. Please let me know what I can do to get my money back. The total amount that has been charged is $51.96. I really need that money. I have enough problems paying bills without having money stolen out of my account

unauthorize charges on checking account
I have recently contacted this company in regards to taking money out of my checking account. Gave me a cancelation number and still insist on charging me every month. They are only open Monday thru Friday so it gives you little recourse other than closing account and opening up a new one.

Beware of them
I ran into this same problem last year THREE times and guess what they did it again. It has been almost one year to the date. When I first called them they put me on hold for 10 minutes before I talked to a Rep. She then proceeded to tell me that their computers were in the middle of updating and that I needed to call them back in hours. They tired to tell me that I authorized the charge to my card because I bought from Customer Direct in 02/08, which I DID NOT. So, here I go all over again!!

What did I get for my $$$$$
Just checked my bank statement, and, lo and behold, there it was a charge of $12.99. I guess that even though an account has been cancelled it must mean that you don't get anything, but they get their money. I hope that the bank can do something, like not honoring another charge from them. One rip-off or scam like this affects the whole internet world of on line shopping.

False Charge on Credit Card
TLC Great Fun charged 119.99 to my credit card. I called them (1-800-242-7771) to find out who they are. They offer a discount card service. I never use discount cards. Would never purchase one. I asked them how they got my card number. They told me I registered online with them using my credit card. That is a lie, I haven't used that credit card in over a month. Apparently after they get this initial charge on your card they continue charging monthly for thier service until you catch it on your statement.

unathorized charge
this company charged my account with out authorized i have never heard of them before i called them and ask them to credit my account back they told me it will take 10 to 15 days it has not be done this is a scam i am talking of 199.99 of unauthorized charge.

I want to know why this company is taknig money from my account, I never gave them my credit card number, so wny did they take $11.99 out of my account?? I want my money back!!
