Never buy from them
Never buy tickets from this scam of a company. Their fine print allows them to sell tickets that you didn't order. You will NEVER get the tickets you ordered.

I ordered Kentucky Derby Tickets for a client and they did a bait and switch from row G to row M and row E to row J. They had other tickets available but instead of sending me better seats that were on their website later that were less expensive they sent me seats farther back.

The Customer Service Mgr Brock, told me I was rude and then lied about what was told to me.

Ticket Scam
Don't buy tickets from this FRAUD OF A COMPANY. BAIT AND SWITCH!! Purchased tickets and did not get what I ordered.

Bait and switch!
On 3/28/2008 I ordered four tickets for the Golden State Warriors game, April 12. The website stated "estimate ship date" the next business day and that date advanced to the next day each day I checked instead of actually shipping. My first attempt at contacting customer service to inquire was a failure--I could not reach anyone via phone or their "chat" system. The next day I tried again and spoke with a woman who informed my my order should ship Friday, 4/5/2007. On Monday, 4/7/2007, the web site still said "processing" with an "estimated ship date" of 4/8/2008. I called again and was told by a "Stephanie" she needed to check with the processing department and put me on hold--forever. I gave up and called back. The same person (Stephanie) answered the phone and pretended she didn't know who I was (well, I was on hold a while). She then finally transferred me to a man in the processing department who tells me "I'm on my lunch break for another 10 minutes, may I have your number so I can call you back." To their credit, he did actually call me back! Then he informs me they can not ship the tickets I ordered. If I want to replace them with tickets that are the same level that they now cost more. He offered me two ticket options that he said could be shipped right away, on Tuesday 4/8/2008 at the same cost. Had I purchased either of these two offers when I made my original purchase they would have been less money from other more reputable vendors, such as Stubhub. The "tracking number" I was given showed "not shipped" for two days. Now the tracking number indicates there is a package in transit scheduled to arrive by 4:30 on Thursday 4/10. The alternative was to cancel my order and wait who knows how long (they said it could take up to 60 days) for a refund. It remains to be seen what actually arrives in the FedEx package and if there are tickets are they even any good? I hope so. We are taking our kids to a game 50 miles from home and it would suck to be turned away with bogus tickets.

Did not receive tickets!
It is truly amazing how many complaints you find about these guys online. And how many of us did not get refunded. I ordered tickets to Wicked in NYC in Jan. for a Feb. show. The tickets, of course, had not arrived and as is par for the course, there were numerous unanswered calls, emails, chats, etc. The only thing they responded to was my ripoff report. Which they acted in disbelief that I had complained. So they then sent my tickets, too late for me to use them, as I had already left town 1 business day prior to my event. I bought new tickets on StubHub that arrived practically instantly. So now I can't get refunded because they 'sent' my tickets, which I never saw, because I wasn't home to accept them from FedEx cause I was AT THE SHOW. Again, truly amazing that these guys aren't in jail. There is something very wrong with that.

Scam and stealing!
Under no circumstances order tickets from TICKETSMYWAY.COM. You will not get the tickets that you ordered. They will repeatedly lie to you. In December, I ordered tickets for a March show. One week before the show they call and say "my" tickets are no longer available. And they were substituting "comparable" tickets. Well, to the braindead people there ROW U LEFT ORCH tickets are comparable to ROW H CENTER ORCH. The company had plenty of comparable tickets available on their "website", but not at the price I paid in December. I own a business and go out of my way to assure that my customers are treated with the utmost respect. TICKETSMYWAY.COM admitted they made a mistake in my order, but under no circumstances were going to give me comparable tickets. Charlie is a flat out liar... Dennis is a mute that doesn't know how to dial a phone... and Michael Meade is the head monkey of this fraudulent company. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM TICKETSMYWAY.COM you WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!! Go to EBAY or STUBHUB, save yourself the aggravation.

Scam and rip off!
I ordered two tickets to Wicked for Valentines day on Feb. 1. My credit card was charged $403 dollars for the tickets. I checked the 'status' of my account several days later as I had not received a shipping notification. My status said 'refund'.

Confused, I called their toll free number to find out what happened to my tickets. After being on hold for 45 minutes, I finally got a person and she did indeed see that my account did indeed say 'refund'. So, she puts me on hold and 'checks' my tickets. She comes back and says no refund had been issued to she was going to call about the tickets. I was put on hold for an hour and a half and then got disconnected. I called back, waited another 45 minutes, get the same girl on the phone who now has changed her tone and is quite snotty and says the tickets were not available and I had indeed been issued a refund. (after she had just said I had not). This was over a week ago, and of course I have not seen my money.

I saved a long time to buy those tickets, and they were a gift. I ordered other tickets, at an additional $369, better seats actually and they overnighted them so I could have them for Valentines day, and even followed up to make sure I got them ok. I will never see a refund from TicketsMyWay, I realize that now and I only hope other people will learn from this. $403 is a costly error to make, and I wish I had researched before I bought.

Also, I tried calling their CS number again this morning, and got put into a voicemail after 45 minutes, and I cant get on their website either.

Fraud and scam!
I paid for 6 tickets for Wicked from www.ticketsmyway.com for Feb. 3, 2008 on January 15th, 2008. Was contacted by them two weeks before the show, they ran into trouble tracking my order and told me they would call me back. They didn't. Two days later, I received to or email so I got worried so I tried to call using the number listed. The message on that number stated that they were moving to a different building that is going to take 2 days. I tried calling numerous times and nobody answered. I left a few messages to have them call me back. 3 Days after the first call I made I still got the same message of moving after I was on hold for 30 minutes. I then tried to chat with them online. I managed to get a hold of Tammy. She told me to hold and she left leaving me with no answer. I called and left more messages.

Finally 4 days before the show, they called me and said that they were going to have to change the seats. I agreed and sent an email confirming my agreement. I get a call 2 days later and a different person told me that the tickets were still not processed and that they will have to be placed on 'will call'. They asked me to fax them a copy of my drivers license and a message saying what I agreed to and what I wanted with my signature. I faxed it the next morning.No response from them since.

The tickets were for my girlfriend and her friends. On the day of the showing, the group got to the theater and were told that my name or my girlfriend's name were not in the system. She ended up buying more tickets there (which were much much cheaper than what I paid for them with Event tickets)

I disputed the charges with my credit card companies and they are currently working on the case.

Bottom Line: I paid a lot of money to get absolutely nothing, especially customer service. I don't know how a company run this poorly can still exist unless they are a scam.

DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THEM OR YOU'LL BE SORRY!!
