Charged for undelivered tickets
28 April 08 I ordered 4 tickets to see Eric Clapton in concert 3 May 08 at the Ford Amphitheater in Tampa, Florida from Event Tickets LLC dba Ticketsmyway.com for the total cost of $801.00. On 2 May I was contacted by Ticketsmyway.com. The person would then transfer me to someone else who indicated that they were unable to secure my tickets and that I should go to my account at the Ticketsmyway.com web site and cancel the order. I went to the website, entered my account and canceled the transaction. The result indicated that the charge would be refunded.
The following week I repeatedly tried to contact Ticketsmyway.com via the phone numbers on the website but always got a recording with long waits. I could never contact anyone. I tried emailing which also went unsuccessful in getting a response. I realized there was a problem. 12 May I contacted my Credit Card Bank, USAA Federal Savings Bank, and discussed the situation with them and entered the disputes process by disputing the charge through Mastercard.
3 June 08 I received via Fed Ex a Summons and Order to Appear in the Clark Regional Justice Center and statement that I am being sued. The plaintiff name on the form is Mr. Andrew Sims for Event Tickets LLC. They tacked on an additional $150 in penalty bringing the total to $960.00. There is also the direction to wire the funds to a wire transfer routing number or pay an account number with Bank of America and that if I do this a waiver of financial liability will be sent to me.
This company has filed suit against me evidently for disputing charges on my master card for tickets I never received. Further, there are a number of complaints on various consumer internet sites regarding this company and their fraudulent methods.

Scam
Well, I just was scammed in April, the same way as everyone else. My wife and I were heading to NY so we bought tickets to see Wicked on 5/17/08 for the 05/25 show, supposed to ship next day, and never shipped. I tried to contact them for about 3+ hours on 5/23 and nothing...so I cancelled the order and contacted my credit card company. They got paid, and I never received the tickets. Now they have a court summons saying I owe them more money...LOL.
I contacted my lawyer and he is going to sort it out...use Stub hub, they do not have these issues. I am an avid internet shopper and I have never had this happen to me before...their site looks good, it has all the right certifications, etc...But it is a scam, don't take a chance.

They are legit.
I was just want to go on the record to say everything you hear about ticketsmyway.com is not true. I have done alot of research on this company while waiting for my tickets to Jeff Dunham on 6/20 and its been not so good. But i am excited to say they i am disreguarding everything you all have to say because i got home friday afternoon to my tickets on my front door. I will deffinaetly be doing buisness with you again.

Fraud
I bought $352 of tickets through Ticketsmyway.com in January 11 of 2008. The concert is today, June 1, 2008 and no tickets. When I looked the status up on the web site they said they are being shipped June 2...that is not going to do me a lot of good a day late. The have no tickets and I have lost out. I will do my best to get these folks off the Internet doing business and taking peoples money! When I try to call them I get voice message saying we are away from our desk leave a detailed message...no one ever calls you back.

Tickets not received, no one will help
DON'T ORDER from these guys. They are a total rip-off. I ordered tickets for a show and got very suspicious when the ship date kept getting pushed back. So, I not only cancelled my order online, I contacted my credit card company right away since they already charged my card, to file a claim for non-delivery of services. Whoever runs this so-called ticket company should be thrown in jail.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!
Do not purchse tckets from this company, you will not get what you pay for.
I purchased what I thought was awesome seats. Paid top dollar. Two weeks before concert I was sent CRAP TICKETS/seats. Tried calling the compamy - spent hours on hold. Finally talked with the A...hole who claimed he was as high as they come in the company and he saw nothing wrong with this bait and switch practice. He said they reserve the right to switch your tickets for something comparable. The seats were horible and clearly not worth the money I paid. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Scam
What is up with this company? How are they still in business with all these issues and complaints? On 4/22/08, I ordered two concert tickets to be delivered within 2 days. After checking online several times, the order said it was "processing". After 4 days of no returned calls and no tickets, I cancelled my order and disputed charges with my credit card company. I never heard back from them until I received a lawsuit package saying I have to pay by 5/30/08 or go to court. Has anyone actually gone to court against them? What scam artists!

This scum bags are actually insensitive enough to use the tragedy is Oklahoma as an excuse for not sending my tickets. A new employee told me that my tickets were "unavailable" over a week ago. I called back to check the status and they said, "due to the tornados in Oklahoma where our offices are we cannot supply the tickets. I said, "huh, that's funny my tickets have been 'unavailable' since early last week... way before any tornados." What's a bigger laugh is they won't refund my money right now, and they said they don't have a manager I could speak to. I said, "Okay, so you've had my money over a month, I don't have any tickets and you're still refusing to refund my money right now?" This is a complete outrage!!! They told me to fill the refund form out online. Even though all my emails to them have been bounced back and they only guarantee 45% refund of an order. I CANNOT believe this company is still operating. DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS!!! They have done this to too many people to count!!! So, basically they've been able to keep my money without providing any product or service.

They are crooks
I ordered tickets for Bruce Springsteen and never received them. The website kept pushing out the shipping date by one day until the actual date of the concert. I called customer service and was put on hold a couple of times or told they would find out the problem and call me back-of course they never called or emailed back.
This company basically committed fraud and larceny-and I plan to be a thorn in their side until they give my $333 back. If you are planning to get tickets through a broker, definitely check the BBB first. Ticketsmyway.com has a HORRIBLE track record and unfortunately for me I did not check them out first.

Scam
Tickets my way is a scam company. My sisters tried to do something nice for me and get me tickets to a comedian that was sold out. They found tickets my way and thought it was a good idea, they purchased tickets in February, the show is this Saturday and still didn’t get the tickets. You better believe that $400 was taken off my sister’s card and the ship date kept getting pushed back on the tickets. We called yesterday and they said they were sold out. We told them we had bought them early in the year and they replied with they never got the order. Then how did you get the money. They don’t have a real customer service it is all a recording so you never get a real answer. I would never suggest this company to anyone. They are crap.
