Additional insurace charge
I purchased a ticket on the TicketMaster website and was charged an $7 for additional insurance coverage frin Mondial Assistance without my consent. This is either a very serious bug on the tickemaster website that should be fixed immediately or a scam. Personally I think a 20 percent charge for insurance for something like this is not a good value, but to be charged without my consent is very irritating and is bad business for both Mondial and TicketMaster. Mondial graciously reversed the charges without a problem but this could have easily gone unnoticed. How many customers have lined the pockets of Mundial without even knowing that they have been charged ?

Customer Service
Extremely poor customer service. I purchased tickets over the phone and received a confirmation email indicating the wrong date. Waited 30 mins to get through to someone to talk to only to be told that they can not exchange nor refund. although it was clearly their mistake and there were plenty of seats still available for that day. Ruined out family night out which we planned in advance and really were looking forward to . Appalling attitude and response from customer service. Extremely disappointing.

Sales scam
I ordered two tickets for the Earth Wind, Fire & Chicago performance in Atlanta Ga on April 1st. (Guess I wound up getting April fooled) but I'm in no way done of being screwed over. I received my confirmation for two seats PIT ROW BBB Seats 15 & 16. Made arrangements as soon as I got the printed confirmation for an awesome surprise for my best friend to fly in from California for the weekend to see her favorite group. I Went yesterday to my local Publix supermarket to pick up my tickets and they were having trouble printing them out. The manager kept entering my confirmation number and even called ticketmaster and they had no idea at the time other then to have the manger re-scan my credit card and try again. After three different people from Ticketmaster had no idea what was wrong they transferred us to a supervisor. They put us on hold for 20 or so minutes and said these tickets were released accidentally and wanted to move me like 50 or so rows back. I'm not paying over $200.00 to go from the second row to the last row in Orchestra. If anyone knows or want to join in a lawsuit count me in or tell me how we do this. If we would have screwed up with purchasing tickets, ticketmaster would say oh well, your problem and so be it. Well its okay for them to make a mistake??? I don't think so. I'm not going to tell my friend after booking a flight for her birthday that the two tickets I got were a mistake. I need to know how to get Ticketmaster to honor my seats or put us in a very close location not last row. Buying Dallas Mavericks Game 3 Tickets
I called into the phone system at 10:00 when tickets went on sale. I was able to get 4 tickets held, section 329, row ? seats 9-12. When it didn't read the row, I asked it to repeat information. It did, again the row was blank. I said I wanted to purchase them, it verified I wanted to purchase them. I said yes. It said it didn't understand me, I said yes, it said please hold while I transfer you to a customer service representative. 25 minutes later, not only did the representative tell me the tickets were gone and the game was sold out, but she had an attitude of "I don't care". She didn't speak or show any concern at all. I realize this is a popular event and that getting tickets was going to be a challenge, but to have 4 tickets ready to be purchased and loose them because of some system error is UNACCEPTABLE!

concert tickets
i was waiting to get system of a down tickets and these assholes no matter what i put down kept telling me that they weren't available. no matter what i fucking chose. than i tried calling them and i was on hold for a long time. you need make sure that you operate your company more efficient, if not i will make sure that company goes down.

Horrible customer service
I don't buy tickets very often because I have panic attacks when I know that I have to go through Ticketmaster. This experience was no exception! I live in El Paso, Texas but was trying to buy tickets to an Adele show in Seattle in June. My cousin had no luck on the Ticketmaster website so she contacted me to try calling. I was at work and couldn't spend a ton of time trying to call you to find out if the show was sold out. However, MY time must not be a concern because I was on hold for 10+ minutes and my call was never answered.
Ticketmaster has to be kidding me!!! I am completely stumped as to why any building or promoter would use their services to piss off their customers. Never again will I allow Ticketmaster to frustrate me and waste my time. No artist is important enough as far as I am concerned.

charged for tickets that never arrived in the mail
On Jan. 9th 2011 I purchased 3 tickets to see Adam Carolla live in Napa Ca. on Feb. 4th from Ticketmaster. I have been using Ticketmaster for a few years with no issues. My credit card was charged $156 & change. The tickets never arrived in the mail. A week before the show, I e-mailed Ticketmaster to inform them that my tickets had not hit my mailbox yet. I don't know if anybody ever read that e-mail. On the evening of the show I called my 2 friends that I was taking & informed them that the plans were canceled. On Monday I called Ticketmaster & after jumping thru several hoops I spoke with a human. He looked up my transaction and informed me that "THE TICKETS HAD NEVER BEEN PRINTED" This explains why they never got mailed to me. I asked him for a refund or a raincheck for another show. He put me on hold briefly, returned after speaking with his manager & informed me that "There was nothing we can do for you" NADA, S.O.L. This is unacceptable for Ticketmaster to treat their customers this way. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will NEVER use Ticketmaster again!!!

Amen! This company is a rip off. I bought $7.50 tickets and had to pay ticket master for a millisecond transaction an additional charges of $9.75 for will call tickets

Scam
I ordered tickets to a show from Ticketmaster. At the box office, my friend was to pick up the tickets but did not have my credit card, which was used to buy, so they would not give him the tickets, so they did not go into the show.
My other friend went to the seats and found out someone had later bought these for cash at the box office.
Tickmaster would not refund my money. Mastercard would not honor it when I asked for them to not pay mastercard, so I ate the tickets, Ticketmaster got their fees, the SHow got their fees, and the ticket window worker pocketed $200 cash.
What a scam.
