What a joke, !!! 13, 000 later I have shut down my expensive website, I had one sale. We were supposed to get coaching, well we did, but everyone has a different opinion!Was told my website looked like a 5 yr old had built, even though you can not do anything with the builder unless the coach says thats how it is.I paid another 600.00 for a rebuild which amounted to about 60 more words of text, my site still looks like it did.You get charged for the builder, for CC merchant acct every month whether you have a sale or not!!I have shut down everything I can and got a new CC short of closing my banking acct. Of course you get unlimited live chat(which after 30 minutes and no one answers, I tend to get on with what I was doing!!) you can call and talk, but they might get back to you 2 days later. I have heard from over 40 of us that are in the same boat.
