				Non-Refund

This company ripped me off the same way they did others. The post office was not hiring in our area. They just sent a cheap postal study guide for $149.45. When you requested a refund: "Sorry there are no refunds". Then they fell of the face of the map. They are probably living in a resort in Key West with all the money they stole from people. I cannot believe that they are getting away with this. Everyone needs to step up and tell their story so we can get our money back. A class action needs to be filed.

				false refund

I purchased a postal battery exam book for government postal jobs and was advised I would get a refund if no job was found or I failed the exam. There were no exams or jobs offered, hence, I called to request my refund at 1-800-709-0162 and the number is no longer in service. I am requesting a refund of the 100+ dollars charged to my credit card account. I have seen this company on the internet as being a scam and am now very concerned. The company acts as if they are a government entity.

				Postal Exam Fraud

Last year my husband was unemployed and desperate to find work. So we saw this article in the local newspaper about working for the post office. We called the number and were told that he qualified and that once he took the exam he will be working. They would send the materials needed to study for the test, but we had to pay 129.50. Now almost a yr later and no job, i have been trying to reach them and the number is no longer in service and their website is not valid. I then decide to go to Google and find out were not the only ones that were ripped off. I think this is an upsetting situation especially with how the economy is right now.

				Scam Postal Employment

I called and ordered the test prep package. Received it quickly. Useless material. Has nothing to do with
current methods of testing. Something should be done to stop this bogus group/individuals from ripping
the public off. We are looking for jobs, real ones. Our hard earned money has been taken. I need my money!!!

postal exam - nothing offered for money spent

On Mon. Nov 17th, 2008 I spent $129.50 on information and testing material for the United States Postal Service in hopes of getting a new career. I have yet to hear from or recieve any information on whether or not any positions are available. As of now, I am not working (which is the case for so many people) and the money spent was a lot to begin with. I got the information out of the local newspaper and thought it was legitimate. I recently tried to call the phone number (1-800-709-0162) and it has been disconnected. Now What? How do I get my money back as promised if I did not benefit from this positon offered? Can someone please help? From this offer my customer service id is #AUC3810. Please contact me (Debbie Guenther) as soon as you can. Thank You.
