My family has lived at these apartments for 14 years now. I had lived there for 12 out of the 14 years. The apartments are great for families, and seniors. Last year a husband and wife became managers of the property and everything started to go down hill for everyone. The complex looks dirty and none of the maintenance request get done on time or with in reasonable time. My mom still lives there and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to go the hardware store and get what I need to fix problems in her apartment.

They are verbally abusive to tenants. They use foul language including “kiss my ass” in front a child. Every time you want something done the answer is “We’re too busy”. I am going to write all kinds of papers until this couple is replaced by someone who knows not only how to manage a property but to build rapport with the properties tenants and be cordial with them. Stay away from renting from this company until the management changes.
