I bought a Tag Heuer Grand Carrera Calibre 6RS in July of 2009. In April of 2010 it started to lose time and
finally stop. I brought the watch to Tourneau who sent it to Tag. Tag refused to honor the warranty stating the watch was subjected to blunt trauma. The exterior watch has no evidence of the trauma. I have no recollection of any trauma to the watch or even dropping it.

I have a 30 year old Rolex Oyster and have used it the same fashion as the TAG for thirty years. No problems or evidence of "blunt trauma"

I bought three Tag watches this year, one for my wife and one for my mother. I am disgusted and appalled.
at this turn of events. This company has no regard for their customer and I question the quality of this product.

I bought Tourneau's extended care at the time and they agreed to pay for the repair

I will never buy a Tag again and will pass along my experience.
